Called to see If I could make an appointment to get a tattoo, this was at 8:55 pm and their website says they close at 11pm, but the guy said he wouldn’t be able to do it- he didn’t know nor did he ask how big or small the tattoo is I want. Needless to say it’s pretty small, but that’s ok you can always tell when people want to make money and when they don’t!! No recommendations for this so called business

Pretty horrible service. Tried to get my girlfriend's smiley pierced and the guy doing it didn't know what he was doing or he was to far gone on whatever drugs he was on. But this guy couldn't get the job done her put the needle through (later finding out that it was not straight and not in the correct place) and couldn't get the ring through the hole. He dropped 3 of the Rings on the ground and just kept trying more and more. Then after 10 minutes of him poking at her mouth she couldn't take it any more. He refused to give a refund even tho he was unable to provide for what we paid for and then tried to blame it on her for the reason he couldn't get it done. Would have much rather thrown $40 in the toilet and flushed it than give it to them.

Please do not go, an artist that claimed to have 20+ years experience tattooed a misspelled word on a friend of mine! The word TOMORROW! he spelled it with two m's!! and before he even began the tattoo it had to be reapplied because it wasnt centered, again which the artist didnt notice (or care). The absolutely refused a refund afterwards.

I got a piercing here, a dermal on my face and Monday morning it fell out. The owner told me in order to do it again he would have to charge another 54$. He also basically called me a liar by telling me they don't just fall out and I wss supposed to wear a bandaid for 3 days. I did. I took it off to clean it and put ointment on it. It was to close to another hole I had from another dermal piercing so it did not stay, the whole was too big. So I don't recommend anyone go her for a piercing. If something isn't right they should fix it. Not satisfied one bit.

My tattoo looked great when I got it. Until I noticed hoe bad the lines were. There were places they didn't connect, placed they were gone and the color covered them up. It was terrible. I didn't even want to have them fox it because it Was scared it would come out worse.

Honestly wish I could give them negative stars. Went to get my smiley pierced and he stabbed me several times in the gums with the clamps. Put the needle in sideways. Jerked on the needle for about 10 minutes trying to thread the jewelry on the needle while it was in my mouth. They would not refund the 40 dollars we paid. And tried to make it look like my fault. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't even want to get my smiley pierced anymore because I had such a bad experience.

I like my piercing but I was very uncomfortable. I got a clitoral hood, and before I got it done there were sexual comments made. My friend got her nipples pierced the same day, and before getting ours done, our artist said "I'm gonna get some condoms and Viagra and were gonna disappear for 2 days" ... hearing him say that and then having him looking between my legs made me uncomfortable. I was very nervous. I gave it a second chance a few weeks ago to get my friends tongue pierced.. he did it but he bled so much it was ridiculous. Blood was on his shirt and everything. I WILL NOT be coming back for ANYTHING.

DON'T GET A TATTOO HERE!!! I read the reviews and decided the guys here were nice enough so I decided to give it a shot and the guy who said he had 20 plus years of experience spelled my name wrong THREE times on the stencil and every time he jacked up the price because he said he "HAD" to do it bigger. Needless to say I did NOT get a tattoo here and hope nobody else does for everyone's sake.

My friend got her nose pierced here and the man was so rude to us. He didn’t let her look at the placement before piercing her, and I didn’t see him clean any utensils. Very sketchy place. 0/10. Avoid this place.

DO NOT GET A TATTOO OR PIERCING HERE!!! Terrible linework, negligent tattoo artist, horrible service and AWFUL prices. I came to this tattoo shop for a simple roman numerals tattoo and the line work was absolute garbage. The artist claims to have 20+ years of experience but doesn’t know how to put a stencil on correctly or draw a straight line. I told them I understand that mistakes happen and I wasn’t overly upset about it all I wanted was my money back. The OWNER of the shop claimed he couldn’t refund my money regardless of the fact that he OWNS the tattoo shop. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. DO NOT GET A TATOO HERE!!!

Did a tattoo for me no one else in central arkansas was willing to and did a literally flawless job. The people who work here seem religious or spiritual it's extremely peaceful. This is also the most affordable shop in central arkansas, please for god sakes do not give your hard earned money to any of the pretentious and prudish tattoo shops here in arkansas. They are terrible compared to any major city in the US but this place is A1. Going back soon

I went Vault to get my nose re-pierced. The customer service was awful. Jesus pierced my nose. He did not take the time to listen, show me where he was re-piercing it, or even give me an explanation. He forcefully pushed the needle through my nose. The hole was much more closed than he expected, which he would’ve known if he had taken the time to listen to me. Therefore, he had to use force causing my nose to bleed everywhere. My pain tolerance is very high, but he SHOVED the nose ring through my nose. There was uncontrollable blood. This did not happen the first time (when I went to a different piercer, who uses a less forceful technique) and I will not be returning to Vault.

Tried to call multiple times on Sunday after 12:00pm (since they open at 12:00pm according to their voicemail, website, etc.) with no answer. Drove past and the open sign isn’t lit and the door is locked at 1:00pm. How unprofessional and annoying.
