Very clean and amazing staff. Great work! This was my second time visiting Spa City ink. I got my first tattoo there 5 years ago. I now live in Colorado and purposely waited to get my 2nd tattoo while visiting Hot Springs. Definitely not disappointed with that decision. Frank did an amazing job and was very pleasant to talk to through out the process. Great Job!

Made a post wondering how this tattoo shop got best in Hot Springs and then ended up being screenshotted and open for harassment, nonstop messages from people I already have issues with not pertaining to the relevant post using it as a way to Start issues with me and some people whom are strangers messaging me hateful vile things because I shared MY opinion. and I will continue to keep my opinion cause this shows just why I will not budge as I keep getting harrassed by Spa City Ink and others.

I had been wanting a tattoo of my kids names on me for the longest time . I was vacationing with my boyfriend for my birthday and decided to finally get it done . I read reviews of this shop and I decided to check them out . I was very happy with them . Customer service was Excellent and I have no complaints. The artist had drawn my tat just liked I envisioned and the artist was very quick and very talented. I will definitely visit them again when I come back to town .

probably didn’t even need a stencil because he did it so effortlessly! they were talented, nice, and funny. my tattoos still look amazing and i would definitely come back to arkansas just for them. if you want a tattoo and you live near hot springs, this is the place to go!

Went there to get a quote for a tattoo on my foot. For something about 2 inches wide by 4 inches long they wanted between 150 and 200 for its "size." And knowing tattoo pricing, that's a rip off as my other tattoo which covers my thigh was only 300

FANTASTIC I was reading reviews, trying to find the perfect place to go, and Spa City Ink sounded great. I drove all the way up from Houston,TX to get my tattoo done here, being a minor I was unable to get tattooed in Texas. I was so pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the facility. I would recommend calling and making an appointment because they do get quite busy. Kevin was my tattoo Artist. He drew exactly what I was wanting. Kevin was sure to check with me on the positioning and size of the tattoo before he made any marks. His work space was very clean and organized. The tattoo stretches from the center of my chest to the tip of my shoulder, he had finished it within a half hour and bandaged it up. I’m absolutely in love with his work!! He informed me on how to keep it clean and moisturized. I recommend Spa City Ink to anyone who is interested and getting a tattoo!!

I had some miscommunication with the owner. I just got my first tattoo and did not know the lingo. From a person that knows nothing about tattoos, I don't know how the pricing and business really works. I was very disappointed with how the transaction occurred. But the owner called me and offered a refund. It was a very kind and personal gesture. He’s a good guy. I think both sides learned about having open communication (at least I did)! Anyways, they do a great job and they ended up making me feel much better in the end! Thanks guys!

Me and the girlfriend decided to get tattoos. Mine was super simple. Took about 10 minutes. Her's was a lot more extensive. It took a couple of hours to finish. They were very accommodating and super helpful. Thank you to everyone of the guys there. Great Job
