I got piercings here and followed the care sheet that they gave me directly. well ended up having to go back to the place to ask the guy who pierced me why the piercings weren't healing right. He asked me how I clean them and I told him what I did. Salt water soak and gauze pad. Then I would make sure to rinse off the salt water and dry with a gauze pad. He then began to tell me I was wrong and it wasn't what the care sheet told me to do. The guy was extremely rude with me and said it was my fault for the reason it wasn't healing right. But I have proof that the care sheet did say to clean it with a gauze pad etc. Which he told me was wrong. So I wouldn't recommend this place. It was my first piercing and I will not do it again here.

Going to Sickside Tattoo Studio was the BEST experience I have ever had and I have a few tattoos already. The front office staff was very nice, personable, helpful, and friendly. My artist, Jack, is one of the best I have ever had ink a tattoo on me. It looks fabulous!!! This is the only place I will ever use again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to my friends and family. This was the best tattoo experience I have ever had, and I have had some crappy ones too!! Want a great tattoo, this is the place to go!!!!!!

Got a dermal piercing a few days ago and it was a cool experience. Drew was very informative, and one of the best piercers I've had in quite some time. However Jaxx (Jack), the tattoo artist, made My experience at the shop very unsettling. After deciding to get the dermal, I was asked by Drew which size and color jewelry I wanted. I asked if I could view the selection, and with no hesitation he allowed me to do so. In the midst of drew showing me the selection of dermal jewelry in the back, Jaxx randomly starts yelling viciously from the front desk "He hasn't paid for it!" "He needs to pay!" Keep in mind, the process/procedure hadn't started yet, and the receptionist was well aware of what was going on, so there was no obvious reason for him to think or say otherwise. Thankfully, Drew was very diplomatic and diffused the situation very quickly. Following the incident, Jaxx didn't even bother to render an apology for his rude and aggressive outburst. I know It may come as a shock to him, but for the record, I've never received service from any establishment without paying for it, and I am takin aback by his assumptions. This was such an embarrassing experience and completely unnecessary to say the least. The tone of his voice was very disrespectful and needs to be addressed.

Probably the worst piercing experience I've ever endured in my life. Not only did they not pierce me correctly, he pierced too close to the surface where it could easily be ripped out. Also the entire time he brutally bashed sacred art, and my tattoo artist. He was salty, rude, and quiet frankly he is a poor excuse for a piercer. If you are looking for quality do not go to sick side especially considering sacred art is 4 doors down and far better with the simplicity of customer service.

I've been going to Sickside for over a year now. The staff and the service they provide is nothing short of incredible. The artists are professionals and give you exactly what you want, beautiful artwork that you can proudly wear on your body. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The cleanliness of the shop is remarkable. If you even remotely consider getting a tattoo, come to Sickside, where you'll be treated like family instead of just another customer.

Sickside is nothing short of amazing. I have a lot of tattoo's and none are as good as the ones I had done at Sickside. They are all reasonably priced and if you don't feel like you got what you paid for they will definitely do whatever they have to to make it right. These people are the most friendliest you will find. They completely treat you like family. When you walk in the door you feel like you are at home already. They inform you of everything they are going to do and why they are doing it that way. Everybody has there favorite artist, but Bruce is top notch. I recommend him to all of my friends, family, and co-workers! Not to mention the people that stop me and ask where I got my work done. I will always go to him from now on! But realistically, all the artists are great!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE

I had tattoo covered, I love my new piece. I followed the instructions I was given and it healed really well. The colors are all still there and the old tattoo is hardly visible. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly and Katie is bad to the bone!

I don't have a problem with them as people, but going off of the only tattoo I've gotten from them, I would HIGHLY advise not to! It's hard to really see the end product until it's too late, and it will be there the REST OF YOUR LIFE. Adrian did a PITIFUL job, at best on what should've been a REALLY easy job. VERY disappointed.

I paid artist Stefanie Noel $140 plus a $30 tip up front for services on May 12th, 2015. We completed the first session which was just the outline, and she was to schedule a follow up appointment to finish my tattoo within 2 weeks. The first time I tried to schedule my appointment, the business was closed due to failure to obtain their business license. I asked them to contact me when they re-opened to schedule the appointment, no one did. After appearing in person, the next scheduled appointment was for 5:30 PM on 6/8/2015. I contacted Sick Side and informed them I was leaving work and was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late to which I was told there would be no issue. I arrived at 5:45 and was informed that I was too late to start and they would need to reschedule again. I rescheduled my appointment again for 6/15/15 at 1PM. Upon arriving on June 15th, 2015, there was a sign on the door that stated "due to a death of an employee, we are closed." I never received a phone call telling me my appointment was cancelled nor did I receive a phone call attempting to reschedule the appointment. On Monday June 22, 2015, I showed up to Sick Side to ask for a refund. I was greeted with rudeness from both Stefani and the secretary who insisted that because she wrote my phone number down on a piece of paper, that was evidence she had attempted to reach me. I informed her that I had no missed calls from this number and again asked politely for a refund since it didn't appear that I would be receiving the services I paid for. I was then verbally assaulted and threatened by Stefani and 3 other employees in the parking lot, that I took as a sign I should leave before things escalated into violence. I am now being threatened with lawsuits for slander by her for posting my opinions and viewpoints about the situation online as well as being harassed by her co-workers.

Went for daith peircing for migraines today. What an amazing crew!!!!! Drew did mine and he is a sweetheart!!The people are soooo nice and really care about their customers. The shop itself was immaculate. I drove from memphis and will definitely go back. Really puts memphis shops to shame. I highly recommend to anyone!!
