Daughter and I wanted something non traditional "Mother - Daughter tattoos. After a couple of months we found our imagine. Once we got to the shop we wanted bigger, more elaborate, just something unique. Artist always want you to come in knowing exactly what you want. Not much on "let's talk about it". Our artist did.! We could not be more pleased with our decision & will be visiting very soon. For my daughter having her first... Well that says alot when she's ready for her next.! Amazing guys that do great work. Me and my wife were in hot springs on vacation and decided to burn an afternoon getting tattoos. We walked in and Kevin helped us right away. He took a small camping tattoo and customized to fit me perfectly. My wife and I both love the work they did. I would recommend anyone going through hot springs and wanting some ink to swing by red beard's and have them hook you up.

I had been thinking of doing a confederate flag on my arm for years. I had also heard that RBs was a good place to go have the work done. I took some time on a business trip to check it out. I almost did not go in a couple of times and almost walked out. I asked them if they would do the work with all the hooplaphobia on the libtard left. They said they had done them and it was no problem. I selected a style off the internet and Kevin did the work. Very nice job and nice people to deal with. I would recommend this place to have your work done if in the HS area. Other than two women crying next to me it was a good experience.

The jerk who did us started out yelling in my husbands face about his anxiety and drew an invisible line and told us "DO NOT CROSS". My daughter was in a room getting hers done or we would have left. He did an ok job on the ink...nothing fancy. 1/2 circle, 2 colors an inch and a half. $100.00 each. he didnt speak to us again until he told us to cover them. I wished i would have never gone there and wont be back. the owner was made aware by my daughter, so he knows that his new job is a whack job that went off on 3 people in 2 days. Over all of that!

They said that they would be open. when I got there they were closing down for the night & all tattoo artists had left. The person that answered the phone didn't even remember talking to me and I what is highly upset after driving an hour and a half to meet with a tattoo artist. Not to mention the tattoo parlor was in disarray and have a very file odor and didn't smell clean

He was a personal friend and I highly recommend his establishment as the premier place to go for all things tattoo and piercing. Will is one of the best there and another trusted friend

Myself and 2 friends went in. The lady behind the counter was very nice. My friend needed a cover up, I want a new one mostly words and her his and was still debating. She new exactly which artist we each needed and they each did an amazing job. James did mine, he was very good. The cover up was John I think which was on her big toe. Looks amazing and I am.not sure who did the Turkey feather on her husband. But we all had a great experience and will be coming back. Thanks guys!!

The only reason I'm not able to give a 5 star rating is because of the wait time. But that shouldn't scare you away because they do quality work that is obviously in demand - hence the wait time. The staff was very attentive and answered any and all questions about maintenance and upkeep and showed a level of knowledge and professionalism that I've never seen in this industry before. With that being said, I hate the straight forward 1-5 star review option on this scenario. I personally would give it a 4.8 out of 5 starts, but that's just my opinion.

So glad I went, Kelly was be very patient and detailed about the piercings and also cares enough to make sure you have what you need to care for the piercing.. I went in to get a tattoo in remembrance of my father who passed away and wasn't pleased at all once it became fully healed. My tattoo is scared completley (the skin where he tattooed is raised up) and he missed a few spots with the ink. With it being a $152 tattoo, and in memory of my dad, I would of atleast liked it to have been done correctly.

This is a local....been in Hot Springs, a LONG TIME. I've been Hot Springs ,over 26 years,Redbeard's has been here at least that long- longer. He passed away,a while back. But,the shop is still there. Will ,being one of the ARTISTA,there....tradition goes on....the shop is clean,personable,up to date,by ALL STANDARDS....they will design,a TATOO or there are many,many to go thru. If you looking for your next piercing go to red beard's. I got my nose pierced here and the placing look sooooo good its so beautiful. The place is clean and comfortable. I went to this tattoo shop to get a tattoo with my daughter last weekend and was extremely disappointed. I asked for a super small tattoo with thin lines. When the tattoo artist went to put the transfer outline on my wrist I said I thought I might want it smaller. He rudely responded by saying he wouldn't do it smaller. I should have thanked him for his time and just left at that point, but my daughter was getting a tattoo as well and I already felt vested in doing one with her. I went against my better judgment at that point, and I take responsibility for that. I thought the tattoo might look fine since the lines would be thin, it would still look delicate like the example tattoo I showed him. Unfortunately, that is not what I got. When the tattoo was done, I looked at it and the lines are at least three times as thick as the ones in the example I showed. It honestly looks like someone drew on me with a sharpie. Right now, my goal is just to find a way to get the tattoo off of my body or covered because I don't see any possibility of it being fixed. I would give this artist one star, but he did my daughter's tattoo and it turned out fine. I hope I'm the exception, and that this was just an off day for him. But I felt like I needed to leave a review in case anyone else is considering getting a tattoo that is very specific and want to make sure they're listened to and respected where they choose to go.
