Mouse had been the person I've went to for piercings and tattoos she was a staple in Millington and her new place in Bartlett delivers just as well. My family will only go to Mouse for piercing and tattoo needs. I'm getting a cover up done there in a few weeks and I'll no doubt add the photos. She's wonderful, straight forward and she's not afraid of telling you that you probably shouldn't do what you want to or telling you how to take care of a piercing you got elsewhere. This place just has a wonderful staff.

So after a long battle with leukemia, my little 52 year old brother died on August 9th. I was heartbroken and in so much emotional pain! I decided I wanted an honor to him that I could look at every day. Let me tell you, Jess worked with me, talked to me and made me so much better. She did a great job, and not only am I proud of her work, but I now have him with me again. I will go back to Jess in a heartbeat! ❤️ You Jess!

The shop was clean and the Artists was friendly. I believe Jessica have not did a tattoo on a black person before. I went there because some people recommended them but I got the wrong person. The tat is a Memorial of my dad. It set up an affection you can see my meat in the tat. The ink has faded so much. She went to deep and she told me after she was done once it heal come back if the ink fades that's tells me she didn't know what she was doing. I went in to show her my arm she claimed nothing's wrong with it they give free touch ups I told her I will never let her touch me again. Now I have to pay more money to get it fix because it's all jacked up. I'm light brown. People be careful of Jessica.

Didn't get as far as the tat. Whoever the woman that opened (ten minutes late) was, she doesn't represent what these other folks are saying about "caring" or "professional." I simply wanted a punisher skull with the "Molon Labe:" on it ("molon" on top and "labe" below the skull). She informs me that she "just can't spit out custom prints" (hardly a custom job since you see the Punisher skull and "molon labe" everywhere!), plus she informed me (quite curtly) that she had "several other people ahead of me who had appointments." All I'd said to her was "I was kinda' hoping I could get it done the same day," no attitude, no sarcasm, just slight disappointment. In fact, I didn't even mind coming back later, but the conversation didn't get that far. She had an attitude, didn't offer to set me up an appointment, didn't say "I'm sorry,"...nothing. All I had to see was her open the business late and get her attitude, and that was enough to tell me right there that this was NOT a place where I wanted ink carved in my arm, regardless of how good the work might be. I just went down the same street to a competitor and he squeezed me in and did a bang-up job! Maybe some folks love Mouse's but my experience was rude and VERY unprofessional. If you decide to go anyway, pray that the help has a better day than the bad one she was obviously having when I went there (I'd give it zero stars if I could).
