The owner Adam is a wonderful person the staff is very friendly I threw Adam for a loop having to cover up an old tattoo while giving me my new one without hesitation he drew back on his experience and knowledge there was no issues I would give them a better rating if they gave me more than five stars so here is my rating 10 out of 5 awesome people don't jerk you around just bring them in an idea and let the artist do the work

They take lots of care towards getting your tattoo(s) just right. Friendly staff who hold great conversations. Very reasonable pricing and the pieces they do turn out absolutely beautiful. Ive gotten two tattoos from here and im in love with both of them! Would recommend and will be going back!

If you are looking for a top rate body art shop, look no further. Inkstein is the best shop in NWA. Had two tats done by James. Man, what an artist!! He did a fantastic job, and I have very high standards. The shop is clean and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Adam the shop owner and a super artist is knowledgeable and friendly. Love talking to him. Have already recommended James and Adam to several friends. Bringing my granddaughter in for her first tat. I definitely WILL be back. Thanks James!!!

Don't expect a regular tattoo shop, instead expect better! There are no busy walls of flash art. The pictures on the walls are of a select few customer custom tattoos. Reasonable priced quality tattoos offered by two outstanding artists. Custom and one-off designs are their specialty. Very clean shop, friendly staff, and an overall great experience!

Adam and James are awesome all around good people. Adam is the one that did my tattoo, and his art work is second to none in my book. Amanda is the shinning star that does her best to keep everyone on track, and well informed on the process. This was my first tattoo, and it took nearly 12 hours and 3 sessions. Adam's wealth of knowledge on the skin's ability to be tattooed and complications that could arise was astounding to me. Being a red head my skin is very sensitive and easily irritated. So, I was nervous about actually getting the tattoo, but Adam was able to to easy my concerns, and make me feel safe and comfortable about the tattoo. He did not do this by pushing them to the side and just telling me everything would be ok. He addressed each concern head on with well educated answers and understanding. And pointed out some things that I hadn't even thought about. Since my tattoo was completed, through comparisons I have noticed the intricate details of my own, and it just seems that Adam's art work is just MORE.

Overall, it was an incredible experience. Everybody was very polite and professional, and they see you as more than just a customer. Adam worked long after closing to make sure my tattoo was everything I wanted and more and I couldn't be happier with it. Undoubtedly the best tattoo parlor in town and I will definitely be returning.
