Okay, this Kelsey Roger's girl (that gave a 5 star review) at the top is the OWNER of Ink Ink. Get a life! I had a friend who worked there and was fired after a needle stick injury. Ink Ink as her EMPLOYER did not provide the tools for her to get checked out for diseases. These girls are useless.

These people have terrible morals. They also think it's a great idea to bash the part of the USA that they conduct their business. Most of the artists do an average to a below average job on their work as well.

I had my foot tattooed in November and my experience was wonderful! The shop was clean, the girls were nice, and I couldn't have been in the shop for longer than thirty minutes. My tattoo was healed well and looks great!

Called and talked to Maddie about a piercing I been wanting and was extremely nervous and she made me feel welcomed from the phone call all the way into walking in the door. Told Mariha what is was looking for she showed me one that I really liked but wasnt happy with the face. She took it in the back and reworked it and inked me up. Walked in today with a friend wanting double cartilage piercings for both of us and after all that we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Claire was amazing! If we lived in Branson we would definitely come here for more! Will definitely have to come back and get some ink! Loved it!

Waited over an hour after my timed appointment because my artist was "in a meeting". I waited thinking I understood the situation and wanted my back piece done just to get scratchy line work and black isn't filled in completely. Went back for touch up and she didn't do anything. Work looks unfinished, unprofessional, and unattractive..

My daughter had 2 piercings done there they used nickel jewelry she was allergic both piercings had to be removed to save her ear. (I know that is not their fault, but most places don't use nickel jewelry because of the allergy) so buyer beware. Also very expensive.

Have never and will never go to either location. They want to bash the demographic of people residing in their prime city. I have seen their work on people and I've seen better work done with a homemade gun and jail style ink. This place is trash

I won't go anywhere else for piercings or tattoos! My oldest daughter, who was 3 at the time, had her ears pierced here about 3 years ago. The girls were amazing. They did both sides at the same time for her comfort. They look great and she handled it so well! We went back a second time to do my 1 year old's ears about a month ago. Kami was absolutely amazing! She made it fun and made her so comfortable that my daughter didn't even cry when she did it. I went again last week for a small tattoo. Madison was SUPER friendly and very professional. She did a fantastic job on my tattoo and made it as pain free as possible. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else for this type of work. The girls at Ink Ink are absolutely amazing!!!

They were all super nice, but the quality of my tattoo is horrible. She took less than 5 minutes, looked like she was paying attention to everything other than my tattoo and clearly messed up on the lines. There are multiple blowouts, but there are also spots that the line is so thin you can bearly see it. If you want a quality tattoo, don't go to Branson Inkink.

Awful! Me & my friend Sat there for an hour & 15 min waiting on 2 piercings!!!! The girl came 3 different times & said “20 more min” ridiculous. Then when we said we will wait another 20 min of u can discount it or something, didn’t even bother to offer! Awful customer service & will never ever recommend this place!!! Two piercings & wait 2 hours!!! & to leave with NOTHING!!!! Wow! Huge disappointment.

They're quite rude, and demeaning. They dont have very good practices, and the tattoo's they do are shameful. No straight lines when needed, or very poor coloring/graphic work. Tattooing is not "perfect", but its bad when you can tell from a glance.I have yet to meet anyone who has had a good experience there, whether it be with the girls, or with the the art, or with the sanitary process.

I absolutely love ink ink branson! It's like no tattoo studio I've ever been before! Open floor plan, personalized one on one interactions with tattooist and piercers. Clean, bright, comfortable I'm not scared to have a stupid question with these ladies! Even for my 100th tattoo or 1st tattoo it's a great experience to help me with my tattoos! Great piercing selection, always a group of fun people and amazing work!

Kelsey was rude and tried to talk me out of my tattoo because it was a name. She also couldn't free hand the name, I had to pick of a font off of Microsoft word to be printed out and traced. Paid 100 dollars for a small name that took not even 10 minutes. If you want a tattoo, there are so many amazing reasonable shops in Springfield so please avoid this one.

This tattoo parlor will rip you off. If you go in looking for a tattoo they will see you as a mark and not a customer that can be a repeat customer. Prices vary greatly. My artist had only been tattooing for a year and told me it would be more if I made it bigger, I declined to make it bigger but decided to make it spaced out a little more and she still decided to go up $50. As someone who has plenty of tattoos- yes quality does mean you’ll pay a little more but it’s annoying to be taken advantage of. I will not be back. Yes I did speak to Clair and nothing was offered to fix this. So here I am.

Despite was some of the reviews say my experience was great. Had Kelsey tattoo my son and I last summer. She was nothing but professional and helpful. The other girls there were helpful as well and nice to my entire family. Very patient as well, my tattoo needed to be repositioned 3 times to my liking and she stepped in and made sure it was done right and I was happy. She then stayed late to finish mine. Good experience for both my son and I. Zero complaints.
