I got a wrist tattoo there some months ago and the young man that did the tattoo went too deep and it took literally 2 months to heal correctly. I have numerous tattoos so I know how to care for my tattoos properly and the healing process. It ended up healing and looks okay but not like a quality tattoo. It was crusted over and horrible looking during the healing process but was not infected.

Great service and flexibility. Recently received a tattoo by Tara. Great lines and shading. Also, Tara was very gentle in her work. Hardly noticed the sensation coming from the tattoo gun. I was actually able to meditate and enter self-examination mode. Lol! Have another tattoo appt a week later. Great work!

Got my verticle labret pierced today. The staff was super friendly! The piercer was amazing, super precise and a perfectionist. I didn't even have to tell him anything other then the piercing I wanted, and he hooked me up! Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely come here and get pierced or tattooed. I'll be back!

Had a great experience. My wife got a fairly decent size tattoo from Tojo and he was super meticulous, considerate and the place was very clean. I would also highly recommend the numbing gel and spray if you are not there for the pain. It really helped her get through the last hour. Centerline is our new go-to for all future tats. Tojo is a great guy (he doesn't talk much, bring a book if you need entertainment) and he impressed us with his attention to every piece of detail.

I had a man named Tojo do a tattoo of praying hands on my thigh, was supposed to be a 5 hour tattoo but he had it done in 3, they charge $100 an hour and if it doesn't take as long as charged they refund that portion of money.

This place is rediculous. Made a 8 pm appt a week in advance and paid deposite was there 1 hr early they jacked us around then said it was to small for them to do and change their storey. So after 30 min of arguing and 2 hrs of waiting finally got our 50. Deposite refunded. Wow. Customer service is better at mcdonalds.

My artist was tojo and he was wonderful. I got a hand tattoo but he kept me busy with conversation so I didn't focus to much on the pain. The tattoo looks beautiful and I'm super excited about it. I called at 5pm and asked if I could get 8 cartilage earrings switched out. I was told they can easily do that and to just walk in. I couldn’t immediately walk in, so I tried to make an appointment for 7pm. She refused to make me an appointment and told me to just come in when I had time, but that the piercer had another appointment at 6pm. I honestly figured they closed at 9 or 10 pm like most tattoo studios, anyways I pulled up at 7:45pm. There’s a guy standing outside the building who said he’s been there since 7:30pm. The entire staff is inside shutting down, sweeping, etc. The doors are locked and the place has closed early? I called twice and they let it ring. Watched us outside and didn’t even have the courtesy to come let us know why they’d closed early. Extremely unprofessional, especially because they could have switched my earrings out in 15 minutes. Thank you for wasting my time.

Ive tried calling at least once a week to insure a slot to get my industrial pierced. Each time I have been told “well the piercer also does tattoos so he’s busy”. The very first time I called the girl who picked up was extremely monotone and rude, acting like Ive never gotten pierced in my life. I figured calling first would be a little better because I know how long tattoos can take, but apparently not. And Fridays its first come first serve so I couldn’t do that either apparently cause it “depends on his availability”. Whats the point of walk ins if I call while Im minutes away to walk in and still get told no?? I got told by Cass that this is where he gets all his stuff but Ive lost my patience with them. Will be going to Fayettville now.
