I've been to Chris' shop a few times. Once being before he took it over, thinking I would never go back. I can honestly say Chris taking over was a very wise decision! I just got a piece done by Christian (not to be confused with Christopher, the owner) and I am floored by the amazing job he did on my piece. It was a very long session and Christian was very personable and social the entire time. I didn't think I could have so much fun getting tattooed. I will definitely be back in for my next pieces very soon.

Went to Titan Tattoo about a week ago. First tattoo, Christian was awesome. Down to earth guy that made me feel super comfortable. Took care of me for a cheap price and really took his time to make the tattoo look amazing. I will defiantly be going back to see him, 10/10 would recommenced.

One girl, a Ms. Sara Burns was an airhead and wasn't paying attention and decided she overpaid. She's delusional, and harrassed the owner. If you’re looking to go here to get ink done, I highly recommend Romeo. I’ve had ink done by him 2 days ago and also while he was in another shop and have never been disappointed by his work. He’s swift, very experienced, and a very straight forward guy. As for the rest of the staff, amazing people with a positive environment. I strongly recommend Titan Tattoo. *Some advice: If you’re ever going to get a ink done, don’t expect tattoo artist hold your hand and take any BS. They simply don’t have time for it. So tip your artists well and go with the flow, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is horrific. Chris is a absolutely terrible person yet alone owner. As you can tell he is a douche bag. Whenever someone leaves a bad review on yelp on fb or anything he gets angry and very defensive and calls people petty and very in appropriate words. A good owner should apologize when people comment bad reviews and try to fix the problem but no chris likes to feed into the problem and carry on the problem even longer. Avoid this place on Friday the 13th. Your clients are not at fault because you CHOSE to run a sale. They should not receive poor service and sub par quality on artwork you APPROVED that was listed at PRICES YOU SET. You're not doing anyone a favor, you're running a special. If you feel that the prices you set are not reflective of what should be paid, then don't run the sale. I understand the high volume of work Friday the 13th must elicit a tattoo shop and how that would be incredibly demanding on a tattooist; but that does not grant you a pass to treat the people around you like dirt as you openly cut corners on your work. I would wager everyone knew the shop would be pretty busy that day and understood the expected workload. Maybe the shops preparations could have better reflected that. Another note: nobody appreciates being tattooed by someone under the influence without their consent. I stepped out after getting my tattoo and returned to blatant signs of intoxicant use; if I had been aware sooner I would have asked for my money back and gone home. I am disappointed that both artists chose to get stoned instead of taking care of their clients. I was pleased with titan tattoo' s Friday 13th specials in the past, but will now no longer be returning. Im sure on the average day they're fine; my artist was quick and the lines are very solid...but I was baffled by the rest of the experience. I feel like I got lucky with my tattoo...that is the only reason I feel comfortable giving 1 star.

They were doing a special for $20 tattoos Friday so I got a babysitter and went to get the tattoo. They were having electric problems so they made me pay and scheduled my tattoo for Sunday at 9pm. They didn’t give me back my ID from Friday so I have been contacting them to get it back. They kept telling me I had to wait until they opened to go get it. So Sunday rolls around and they tell me 2 hours before my apt that they need to cancel because they are stuck with the kid in a different city. So I still can’t get my ID. I told them I want my money back and he called me so I can ask him for my money back and called me inappropriate names and was yelling at me for threading bad yelp reviews lol. So I hung up and told her I was going to get my ID and I wanted the paper I signed so I can confirm that it says it’s unrefundable. She wouldn’t give that to me and said I was being rude and that I am baned from the property and can’t come back unless I have a cop come. So great. Get the cop, my friends, and I go and my friends got my ID and I was recording the whole time and he got upset and tried to kick me and the cop out. The cop kept telling him I am allowed to record and the cop had to tell him several times to calm down. He threatened to sue me for video taping in his shop lol He got my money and I should have looked at his yelp reviews first because the are outrageously bad and no wonder he got mad when I brought them up lol. They also wanted me to tip before I got my tattoo and when I said no they wrote on my paper saying “owes tip”. Umm that not mandatory

The owner, Christopher Bryan, is a disgusting excuse of a human being. I wish I could post photos on Google review, but he called a TWO YEAR OLD little girl a "ni**er" and then he proceeded to post on his timeline how funny it is. Looking at his responses to other negative reviews of him and his shop is laughable. No humanity, decency or respect for others. Id recommend spending your money in a shop free of racists that antagonize others.

I paid for a tattoo from Matt. Due to time constraints, I had to go back to finish it (add color). After my tattoo had healed, I contacted Matt to make an appointment to finish the tattoo. Matt told me he was working on a large job and would call me to go in later that day so he could finish my tattoo. When I didn't hear from Matt, went in to talk to the owner, Chris, who told me that Matt doesn't work there any longer. Chris told me he would take care of me and finish up the tattoo. I am now going to have the tattoo removed because I have left Chris two messages with no return call. As the owner of this business, Chris should be a person of his word. Do not go to this shop. I paid for my tattoo up front and it is not finished. Nobody answers the phone and I don't trust the owner.

I needed work done and chose him. Put a downpayment electronically to hold a spot and he was rude right away but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then he stopped responding to confirm receipt or the appt and blocked my number. So somebody reached out and he immediately flipped and said I forfeited my money. Lost money to somebody I went with regardless of the horrible reviews and he ended up stating that I met what people said in the bad posts and was very proud to say he isn't giving me the money back. After trying to talk to him, he continued to give HORRENDOUS service. His shop should be shut down.

They are going off of ONE girls experience, after she incessantly attacked their Facebook page, and wasn't happy with what she agreed to pay. It's truly a child having a hissy fit who has access to the internet. Do not believe the bad reviews. They're not giving the entire story. DO NOT TRUST SARA BURNS. SHE IS A HYPOCRITE AND A LIER. So I’m using my girlfriends account to write this review.. but Romeo has been working on my planetary/outer space themed arm sleeve and it’s been slowly progressing but the quality of the tatto is amazing, he has an epic idea for the outcome of the tattoo and it’s coming together so good! So exited for it to be finished. A lot of color and depth/texture going into this tattoo and he is proving himself to me that he is a good artist for this job. My first experience here was to be blown off. The person who talked to me told me to get in touch with Braiden. I emailed a few times, he emailed me to say he'd think about how to do the tattoo I pitched him, and then simply never got back to me. I went back a few months later and started to get some work done with Sam. Pros: he is a great artist, and the work he did looks good. Cons: he doesn't believe in getting set up before the appointment, I was waiting around a half hour on average, up to an hour at times. They have a Tapout special where they go as long as you can take it for $500. The trick is they start late, and take long breaks. Once he told me he'd finish up the Tapout on the next session, and when that session rolled around he tried to charge me for the full time. The last session we did was for a trade, and I told him all I wanted was to finish up the piece. At the end of that session there was still a large empty space on my inner-upper arm, and it clearly looks unfinished; I didn't notice until I got home and looked at it. I asked him if we could finish it up. I wasn't upset, I wasn't a dick about it, overall it looks awesome, but anyone who looks at it is going to think it isn't finished. His response was completely out of line (especially considering i've spent over 2k there.) The only reason i'm giving 2 stars, is because if you can handle all the unprofessionalism, his tattoos look good. I'll be tossing his business cards in the trash, and taking my business somewhere else.

When I first saw the deal that Mark was offering (palm sized watercolor rose for $100) I was skeptical that the artwork was going to be as incredible as it was but can confidently say that I am proud to show off his masterpiece. I left a comment as a review on his facebook page stating that I felt my tattoo was overpriced. He deleted it, blocked me from his shop page and proceeded to message me from his personal fb account. I was upset at that point because he had approached me outside of his business and blocked me from said business. He then proceeded to harass me and my friends and threaten to come to my workplace. I looked into his yelp reviews at that point because the way he was talking sounded threatening. He has previously threatened to gun a customer down. He has held a girls ID hostage, she had to get a police escort to get it back. The reviews speak for themselves. His words speak for themselves. I had a post up, i took it down because it was getting out of control. I saw his page had posted pictures of vandalism and that is not okay.... whoever did that i do not condone defacing property whatsoever and i hope you can find out who did that and press charges.. (He did do my tattoo, he did not do my husbands tattoo. Previous owner did my husbands tattoo. I sent him my husbands just to explain how bad our experience was with the previous owners and that we were kind enough to give Chris, the new owner a chance with my sunshine one. As he said it wouldnt be fair to blame him for the previous owner. I never accused him of doing my husbands tattoo. If saying i feel overcharged for something permanent on my body that is crooked is wrong in his eyes. He should not be a tattoo artist. Your whole job is putting permanent art on people. Some will not like it and you have to accept that and handle it properly. Not as you are and as you continue to handle me and other customers. This is the last i am saying on this.)

Only way I can review this place is if I give it a star...Let me just start off by saying I have followed this Titan tattoo on FB. So yes as soon as Chris put up a contest I entered and continue to enter every day since October until recently At the end of March I won ... But Chris did not want to to give up the reward(300 tattoo) anyway he made up rules at the end I called him out others called him out he blocked us all said it shows my character... How ? He didn’t want to come through with the prize ... Shows his Character... I never received which is fine after He started with his first couple of comments/remarks I didn’t want it any more... it wasn’t and isn’t even about the tattoo it’s more about the principal... and yes I know he’ll comment something ridiculously childish because he can’t handle being called out.

I had an amazing experience here! They had a $20 special for script and Stephanie and Brian were so helpful to set up what I wanted to get and the placement was perfect and the Tattoo came out great I love it! The shop is clean and professional and I got a great tattoo out of it! They were also helping a lot of walkins even though it was getting late but they got it done. Titan Tattoo is an amazing shop and I would recommend everyone to go here!

Chris is a very rude and nasty person Very disrespectful to many clients who have ever been in the shop to be tattooed. Posting and arguing with people over facebook and ruining other artists jobs within the shop. Will never go there i would rather get a basement tattoo than be at the shop ever again.only person i would ever trust to be tattoed by would be mark or the new apprentice

The art speaks for itself! Got two small memorial pieces for my husbandwho passed away recently, they were done in his writing which makes them extra cool :)..Chris made a simple little idea look amazing and so special. Also the shop is really clean, Chris, the artist/owner of the shop was very clean, professional and light handed (much appreciated) he's also super friendly, we got to chill and make this a personal experience, really made me want to come back!! ..all around it was a great atmosphere, good music and chill vibe. Chris' kiddos came in towards the end of the session (end of the night) and they were so cute and well mannered :) shows a lot about a person when they are a good dad too.. all around good dude, and great artist!! Absolutely love my tattoos!! Perfection!! I will be back with friends :)

Chris is an incredible artist, he hooked me up with a piece for my son and my child’s mom. Both of them came out amazing. He is quick and has a pretty light hand. The shop itself is extremely clean and always has a good vibe.

I drove three hours to our appointment and my artist Chris was late. He also told me the outline wouldn’t take more than 2 hours and that turned into 4 hours. I told him I wasn’t too happy about my tattoo and he insulted me. He didn’t take my criticism well and turned ugly. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone unless you like being insulted.

Titan tattoos is one of the best places I've ever gotten A tattoo from I feel like I'm at home they make me feel so welcomed he has the cleanest lines I've ever seen and his shading is ridiculously amazing I recommend tattoos here

I would never recommend this place. I would recommend against it though. After waiting five hours for a 13th tattoo, I decided that I was done waiting and left. I got the pleasure of paying $50 for the lovely experience of sitting uncomfortably for a tattoo from a notoriously heavy handed artist. The attitude of the artist was unforgivable, and that he attacks anyone that calls him out on any of it is proof enough. There was a reason I only came to this shop for friday the 13th specials.

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment and paid a deposit. Showed up for my appointment and waited for a half hour outside, no one ever showed. I called and called and left a message. Drove by several times throughout the day as I took the day off of work to make this appointment. Drove by and left messages several other times over two weeks and never received a callback. Finally reached someone who said they've been there the whole time and they don't do refunds. They were supposed to call me back after talking to Chris a week ago and haven't heard a thing! Think they are in the business of taking deposits and not fulfilling their end of things. I clearly don't want to reschedule when they didn't even show for the first one. And I don't want bad business to start inking my body! Unless you are getting a tattoo same day I wouldn't suggest going with this company, or paying a deposit for a tattoo that may or may not happen.

Poor customer service, the whole shops greasy. Huge egos with little skill to back it up. the tattooers at the shop are lazy and will pressure you and convince you to get a tattoo you don't want on a place of your body where you did not originally want it. they will fight with you and argue and try to make you feel dumb until you accept what they want or they will flat-out refuse to do it and not refund your money. Worst tattoo experience I ever had would never go back or recommend.

Hello everyone my real name is Randy, im going to start off by saying this. Im not here to lie or BS the public. I have never met Christopher Bryan nor have i been to Titan Tattoo. I do however have a few friends that have been tattooed by Mr. Bryan and i have been following him on facebook for a few yrs now. I am sleaved on both arms and both my legs have quite a bit of tattoos as well as my back and neck so i am no stranger to ink. Like i mentioned earlier i have been following Chris on social media for awhile, I have seen and read several of his posts and we have commented back and forth on a few of them. Not one time have i felt like Chris has swayed or tried to manipulate his followers into agreeing with him or "having his back" on any topic that he posts, illbeit work related or personal. Infact on a few i thought to myself "damn thats not the route i would have chosen"but, so what i feel that the man keeps it real no matter what people may think of him and you cant be mad at the truth. Also from the pictures ive seen as well as my friends that he has blessed with his art work, i can honestly say that i would be happier than a kid on Christmas morning to receive a piece of body art by Mr. Bryan. Now of course i am no expert in body art but in my several yrs of getting tattooed i have become personal friends with artists such as, Anthony Michienzi who has won awards for his script work, also KR Rossi who has traveled the globe tattooing and made the cover of INKED mag a couple times. In closing i would like to say this, im not here to defend Christopher Bryan or the other employees of titan tattoo in regaurds to their personalities. They may all be a**holes or they could all be the nicest folks in the world, but i give zero f*^!s either way. I wouldnt travel from Sac to Az hoping that my tattoo astist is a sweetheart, but i will go the distance for exceptional artwork. Everybodys got choices!
