His rates are more than fair, especially considering the quality of work. Norm is a featured artist at many tattoo conventions and the reason is clear: he is a great artist. Had an appointment today and drove over an hour to get myself and my lady a tattoo. Found a sign on the door that family circumstances dictated they not open today, a friendly cancellation call from someone affiliated with the shop would have saved a wasted afternoon and long drive. I will not be scheduling another appointment.

I'll give zero stars....I gave $250 upfront and when it came time for my session I got an hr and 20 minutes of work and was asked to pay another $100 upfront...was supposed to be done in the next session but once again when the time came j only got about an hour of work and was asked for more money again..and the tattoo was far from finished..scheduled a third session and it's still not finished and he only gave me like an hrs work because his wife came in and was hungry ... now I go in ti schedule and he wants more money and when I offer him half which he didn't deserve or earn he got upset and tried to argue with me. But the bottom line is I paid $350 for about $200 worth of work and it didn't get done. And it Yoon a span of like 45 days...was suppos2d to be 2 sessions 350 it's been 4 session and he wants more money...he couldn't focus in the tattoo either kept stopping to chat with people and always had an excuse yo try and reschedule my apt and another excuse to have cut the sessions short. Horrible experience and I even got some crooked lines and stuff...I'll post pics of I can figure out how...my sleeve was already lined out all he had to do was shade it up and recline a few pieces....honestly I get a tweaker vibe from him....always full of excuses and can't work for more than an hour or so at a time.. all these good revi3s are from people with little tatoos..

Norm is an amazing artist! Very professional. Shop is very clean, which is a huge plus for me! Will definitely go back. Well worth the half hour drive there. Afterwards, we spent the afternoon walking around the shops of Wickenburg. All around great experience!
