I checked out several places before deciding to get my tattoo here. My husband and I were so impressed as soon as we walked in. The place is so clean with the most friendly customer service staff. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of the process which was so important to me as this was my first tattoo. Also, I am much older than most, especially for this being my first tattoo!! I made an appointment with Shay Milford. He was FABULOUS!! Not only was he very professional, he was friendly, kind and an excellent artist. This was very important to me as it was a memorial tattoo for my sister. The tattoo turned out better than I could have imagined. I have received many compliments on how well the tattoo looks. I highly recommend getting your tattoo here!!!! And by all means ask for Shay!!

I had a great experience! Had my nostril and my earlobe pierced. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and made me feel super comfortable since this was my first piercing experience (besides Claire’s... never again). Gene did my piercings. He was awesome! Super nice and funny conversation. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and extremely professional when their computers were having difficulties. Definitely coming back for my first tattoo!

This is by far the cleanest tattoo parlor I have ever been to. I love the bright and pleasant atmosphere. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. My artist, Kris, was friendly, professional and I left very impressed with his work! I highly recommend this place!

I went and got my nose pierced there and I was SUPER nervous but all the staff were super sweet and Matt made my experience so easy and quick! He talked me through everything and was very calm which helped me stay calm. The entire place was super clean!! Really recommend!

We took our 8 year old daughter to Hotrod to get her ears pierced. We chose Hotrod due to their reputation and because they use a needle instead of a piercing gun. Colleen was incredible! Her patient and gentle approach put my daughter completely at ease and ensured her experience was extremely positive. Colleen was so caring throughout the entire process. Her treatment of our daughter was absolutely amazing! We all left feeling very grateful for Colleen's kindness and our wonderful experience at Hotrod.

I just got a tattoo yesterday. It was my very first tattoo and i couldnt be happier! Erics work looks very neat and precise. i really recomend this place to anyone looking for a really clean and lovely tattoo shop! Everyone was super nice and they helped me straight away. I was in so much pain but Eric really tried to talk to me and make me comfortable. It was an overall amazing experience. can't wait for my next tattoo!

The process of setting up the appointment was quick and the receptionists were very friendly and attentive with getting all the details. I had gotten my piercing done with Gene previously, so it was the best choice to have my tattoo done by him as well! He does such intricate and clean work. He made sure to make me feel comfortable before he started working. Even when I expressed discomfort from the needles, he was more than willing to take 5 minute breaks to let me continue. He's a great artist and I'll be having him do all my future tattoos!
