When I called up at 5 pm to check the timings at Tempe location, I was told they close at 9 pm. I reached them at 8.15 pm and it was closed. This the 2nd time in a week it happened. This is not the way to treat the customers. I am extremely disappointed!

Got my eyebrows done this Friday afternoon. Although the staff is very polite, but they did a terrible job on my eyebrows. The lady was very harsh with the thread, not only she made my brows pretty thin, but I also have several rashes from the thread, which normally never happens to me.

Visiting from the Philadelphia area, and I had to compliment this store! The first place we parked in downtown Tempe was at the door of this shop at random and immediately I knew there would be Rudraksh inside - but I could not be prepared for the quality of the malas! The rudraksha here are the biggest and most beautiful example I have ever bought in person in the US, and the biggest shock was the unusually great price they are! Most stores in the states will prey on the unavailability and western ignorance but the owner here has the most unusually honest pricing and I will come to be a patron every time I visit Tempe! The rest of the store has excellent prices and a variety of items for everyone but especially if you are magnetized to rudraksha this is a MUST SEE!

I'm from CA and it's very easy to find a good threader. When I moved to AZ every threading salon I went too didn't do my eyebrows correctly until I tried this place out. It's also VERY affordable compared to all other threading salons! I am a regular customer here and they do a great job every time!

My experience here was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Heidi and Sam are just great. Heidi did my henna and I left in almost tears because of how beautiful it was. And Sam had a smile on my face the whole time. Im deffinetly recommending this place because of these 2! =)

I had a really good experience with a young girl named Kaitlyn. She was a delight to do business with. However, I called there today and was told she no longer works there. I've been by there on occasion and have heard this blonde haired girl who I was told is a manager really talking nasty to the other employees. I thought perhaps that maybe why Kailyn doesn't work there. I would not keep somebody around that doesn't have people skills. Maybe that is what is hurting your business. I know I will never visit there again

We had my daughter's 13th birthday party at the Henna Shoppe at Arrowhead Mall. I discovered them because of their free word of the month they offer. My girls love to get it every time we go to the mall. One time they told me about their parties. We all had SO much fun. Brooklyn and Jenna do AMAZING work, and I couldn't believe how fast they could create such intricate designs. They even let the moms get henna as part of the party package. They also sang happy birthday with us and gave my daughter a present. I highly recommend them anyone.

I loved the service! I had my eyebrows done by Tamara and she knows what she is doing. This girl is talented. I had my eyebrows done before and were so thinner and I waited for them to grow. I told her how I wanted them and she told me girl I got you and SHE DID!! I love my eyebrows. Thank you for the service! 100 percent recommend if you want your eyebrows!

My wife and I were on vacation and came here a couple of years ago to get henna art done. We're in town again, (2019) i called to ais about the henna and business hours and we arrived half an hour before closing time and the artiste (SIMA) managed to get the design done and she did a tremendous job!!! She wasn't upset that it was past time closing time and she took her time. Earned my business for life!!!! Seriously thanks! If you appreciate customer service, give them a chance.

I showed a pic of what I wanted and they completely changed it and screwed it up. I told them I wanted it to do something and they messed it up even more. Then I asked for another on but on my hand and it looks nothing like the picture. Then she offered to fix the one on my foot and after trying to fix is she told me it cost an extra $10... then I bought a few items and they charged way more for what the items were priced. Absolutely did not enjoy this place

Not only was Samuel incredible at multitasking with multiple customers in the store, he could maintain the conversations with each as he went from one to the other. He also really listened to me.
