My husband just got an amazing tattoo from Evocative tattoo today. We have gotten many tattoos from a few different tattoo shops and this place was by far the best experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Josh Carpenter the artist that did the tattoo was very awesome and his american tradition knife and rose tattoo turned out amazing. All of the other staff was great as they spoke with others that came into the shop. Cant say enough good things and have another appointment for me next week.

Brad Brown is an artist unlike any others I have been tattooed by. He is truly an artist! Everything he tattoos is drawn by himself originally and he does not recycle his work. You are guaranteed to have a piece that is unique! Brad is a perfectionist and he communicates with his clients. Nothing beats feeling comfortable with your tattoo artist. His tattooing is among the cleanest, most solid work I have seen. Highly recommend going to see Brad Brown for your next tattoo!

I've have had the pleasure of having work done here by the artists Eric and Elena. The shop is a welcoming atmosphere, they make you feel comfortable and at home. I came to Eric with my first tattoo and his friendly demeanor and confidence as an artist made me comfortable with my tattoo experience. Elena is a workhorse that exuded friendliness and confidence, willing to tattoo multiple pieces in long sessions. Elena also helped consult on ideas to make sure that my visions were properly translated to my body in a way that was aesthetically pleasing as a tattoo. I’ve had five Tattoos done here at this shop. Everyone on them turned out great. Chris the owner has done three of them himself and all of the shop staff is always friendly. I’m moving to Oklahoma soon and will honestly be coming back out to this shop just for more work when I visit friends and such. Been working with Bradley Brown for a sleeve on myself as well as a should piece with my sister in law, and should piece for my wife. In short, he's got the eye of an artist, and technique of a master tattoo artist. He's the real deal. I have around 18 hours of work from him and I'm currently scheduling my next session right now. Gotta also say that the equipment he uses mixed with his awesome technique makes sitting for long periods easy. If you can get a session in with Bradley, I'd highly recommend it...even if you need to wait a few weeks, it'll totally be worth the wait. Call now to check for availability.

I had the pleasure and privilege of using Elena Do'Urden as my artist for my first tattoo, and let me tell you, I could not be any more satisfied with my experience!!! She is truly amazing. When designing your art piece, she fully listens and takes in everything you say. Every little detail. She worked with me on fully bringing my idea to life, while still keeping it to her flair. I get compliments on the piece CONSTANTLY, most common is everyone noticing the detail she put into the design. Elena is very professional and always got back to me as soon as she could. I live about an hour and 15 minutes away from the shop, so I was so happy that Elena was willing to work with my weird schedule and availability to make this happen. I am beyond thrilled with my tattoo. Healing was a breeze. She's not super heavy handed either, something I have heard many friends complain about towards other artists at other shops. It looks beautiful. I can't wait to get more work done by her and I am already saving up! Thank you so much Elena and Evocative Tattoo! You guys are hands down the best! Was recommended by a frequent client. Great place to get a tattoo. Highly motivated artists. Didn’t have an appointment and was recommended by another artist to get my tattoo by Michael Wayman. Artists are honest and fair with their prices. They do great work and each have their own style of tattoos they like to do. If you’re reading this review, don’t look any further, just go to evocative tattoo. I personally recommend Michael Wayman, but the shop is filled with talented artists. Solid 10/10 tattoo shop.

I went to Evocative Tattoo for a Friday the 13th special. They posted a few flash pages in advance and I chose a $40 potted cactus tattoo, colored in. Joseph (Creative Dose) was ready to go as soon as the doors opened. I was his first client of the day, but he didn’t rush through the work. The tattoo turned out so well! The shading looks great and the colors are vibrant. It’s my only colored tattoo and it’s probably my favorite. I get compliments on it all of the time and it brings a smile to my face when I see it. Joseph did a great job and made the process quick and simple. Checked in with me a few times when I made faces at the pain. The equipment is sterilized or single use. It was very clean. I would definitely recommend this shop!!

After moving to Arizona I didn't know where I was going to get tattooed. Evocative has become my go to shop. The first time I went in and talked to the owner Chris, he gave me the confidence to schedule an appointment and get my whole back fixed. I had a 4 year old outline of a reaper and it was not done very well to say the least. Chris put in the work to get it fixed and finished and now we are going to start working on a bunch of new stuff. My wife has also been tattooed and pierced here. Jose did my wife's nose piercing along with piercing both of my daughters ears. He made them all feel comfortable and it worked out great.

And with no hesitation I will give Jose's info to others. He listens to me, knows what works for me, what doesn't and he is the only tattoo artist I've ever worked with that I will give creative control to. He is humble, completely educated in his field and an over all decent person. We are planning our next tattoo adventure. And the only thing that holds me back from seeing him more often is lack of extra spending funds. I have no problem saying this is my tattoo guy and always a pleasure at our sessions.

I love my tattoos by jose at evocative tattoo. The shop is very clean. Everyone there is always friendly. Jose is an amazing artist, very professional, nice and caring. After I got my tattoo we found out I am allergic to red ink, which is actually kind of common. Jose checked in on me frequently to make sure i was okay and the tattoo was healing up good. You can tell he really enjoys his jobs and doing what makes his clients happy. Even if you dont want a tattoo check out his art work. He does amazing paintings. And remember support local artists. You can spend 40 bucks at walmart or target for the wall hanging that everyone else has, or you can spend that money on something from a local artist that no one else will have. And Jose has some amazing paintings!!!

Very friendly staff! Very clean place! Elena is pretty awesome, she looks intimidating but is a very nice, fun conversationalist! Always available when I had questions! I was an absolute pansy getting my tattoo done (which I Absolutely LOVE) she always checked in on my well being and never made an issue of how long I was in her chair!
