I had started to get my daughters name tattooed on me by Bradley in 2017, then black Friday came up last year(2018) were they offered certificates for work at a lower cost, well my mother went in and bought 3hrs of work for my Christmas gift to get the sleeve of my daughters name finished. Only used 1hr of that 3hrs that was purchased. After that 1hr session it had been extremely difficult to get a hold of Bradley. Finally got an appointment setup but he texted me saying he needed to reschedule because he had an emergency that came up with his daughter on a Saturday, now this was a Tuesday he texted me so it seemed like he lied to me. Emergencies are usually the day of. After that text, it had been extremely hard to get another appointment setup. I had tried many many times and he refuses to reply back to any texts, Instagram messages or Facebook messages, even after he read them. Also never answered my phone calls or returned phone calls. So I still have 2hrs owed that has been paid for but Bradley refuses to respond to reschedule. Now I know he dont work here anymore , he at first stated on Instagram that he opened up a shop of his own but two weeks later posted that he is employed by a friend of his at their shop. So he lied to many people. So a friendly warning, stay away from Bradley if you are thinking about getting something done by him. His work is great but his customer service skills absolutely suck. He is still a good dude but not a good businessman because he cant finish what he started. My wife and I feel that we are owed either the money back or the work to be finished, and not by Bradley.
Update(5/28/2019) I had spoken with the owner Zo and he has recently resolved the problem. The arm has been colored in and I am happy. Zo handled the situation professionally and even though he didnt have to finish it, he did because Bradley Brown did not finish the job. So I have updated this review from 2 star to 5 star because of Zo taking care of it for me when Bradley wouldnt. Thanks again Zo.
