One of the worst experiences of my life was here. Let's start with the callus abrasive personality of the female that runs the establishment. She basically casts an apathetic aura and makes you feel like you are ruining her day by being in her presence. She spouts off to each and every person like a rote memory machine to turn off your phones, you must use earbuds and you are to never ever even think about taking a photo in the building period. There are signs everywhere on the walls, tables and posts by every artist booth. No pictures, no selfies it's as if you are in high clearance area or something. I have been in 8 or more tattoo shops in Florida, Alabama and Georgia and I have never seen this rule. When someone gets a tattoo it is usually a fairly big deal maybe even once in a lifetime. Most people want to take a couple pictures when it is a special occasion. This day was a first tattoo for my daughter and I wanted to take a picture of her on the chair but I was not allowed and things got worse from there. Not only was it her first tattoo but her sister and I all got the same one. A small pin cushion heart which is a drawing by Tim Burton. It is simple and extremely straightforward and I would think any artist would not struggle to do it. It is a drawing and does not supposed to have realistic depth. Now my husband had a bad experience here a few years ago so I really didn't want to come back here but my daughter looked at Shane's work online and wanted to use him so we did. After waiting several hours I left to grab some lunch and come right back but within 10 minutes I get a call saying he is starting on my daughter. Well I wanted to be there for her first tattoo so I didn't want her to start without me.she also did not want to go first but my daughters told me later that he insisted and would not allow my older daughter to go first. Our paperwork said it was to go on her right ankle but he would only put the tattoo on her left ankle because she had put some prescription lidocaine that was prescribed for that purpose but Shane would not allow it. He had the drawing and we thought he was going by the drawing but he decided the red heart needed to be about one quarter black and did that without saying a word to anyone. I found out later that after she saw it she went to the bathroom and cried. I told him I didn't want black in my heart but he insisted that was how it had to be. I didn't like it but because she had hers I hated to back out so mine has black on it like hers. I looked online and saw many examples where the tattoo looked exactly like the drawing. I asked the artist could I please take just one photo just of her not him or the tattoo and he said no but then proceeded to tell me the reason for no photos was because people were rude and had posted unfinished work of his and it looked bad. Which had zero to do with me wanting a picture of her getting her first tattoo. She cried a lot that night because it was not what she wanted. It looks fine but we wanted a red heart. This comment is hear say but when my daughter was telling her friends about what happened one of her friends said he did the same thing to her mom. She brought him the drawing she wanted but he changed it so much she hates her tattoo.

They are so professional, the place is very clean. I had my tattoo done by chilly and he’s just the best. He’s really nice and amazing at what he does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have got 4 tattoos from "Travis" everytime has been a joy.Great relaxing place,and friendly people.They take your ideas if you want and put a spin on them,that i would not have thought of.They are very social,informative and listen to you.Not sure why that one person said it was unclean,its spotless everytime i go in, which is a good bit.Best prices around for amazing work.Not kissing butt either. Usually i give him a pic/drawing or idea and he has it done in a day, and i get it done that day or the day after.I have gotten tats from everywhere in enterprise,and they are my number one choice for many reasons.I would assume that one person that said they were unclean just had a stick up there butt.I have been many places,and its spotless,unlike some others in town,not naming names,that do not clean there stuff that much.All in all its the best here.Price,cleanliness.atmosphere,and esp the artist are very talented.Again no kissing butt, thats my honest opinion.And i can see that Destiny Klass person is not the brightest bulb,by what she said,common sense goes along way Mrs/MsKlass,you can not please everyone, and if they do not get there way,they throw childish fits,and post a mean comment online lol You can look at her and tell common sense is not her strong point,also on the 2 negative comments the ip's match so its the same person =p Anyone that works with customers knows how some can be.I stand by this place as a customer, not getting anything out of it, just telling the truth.Its a great place.And to her, if it touched you, and from the looks of you, you look unclean, they can't just refund you and resell it, would you resell a 1/2 eaten Popsicle? Sorry for rant, but people with no common sense get under my skin.Go there look around talk to some of the workers, and you will see its a great clean, and cool place, with alot of talent there.And my fav great prices for very quality work.

An additional note. I spoke with the owner who actually said their jewelry is sterile. I asked her about how they clean their equipment, she couldn’t give me the name of the equipment. It’s called an autoclave. I work in a hospital- those pieces were DEFINITELY not sterile. They are all together in a box where anyone who reaches in touches them. People that is NOT sterile
