Jett Bryant created an awesome tattoo. I'm a huge blues fan and have a poster of Robert Johnson at The Crossroads in Clarksdale, MS. Jett did a great job of recreating it, and worked with me on what should be removed from the image and adding a few things at my request. I wish I could post the original image that he worked from and the finished tattoo.

I got a very simple, small, black tattoo here. The line work is absolutely horrible and I was charged $80 for something that would be worth about $50 IF it was even well done. Worst line work I've ever seen firsthand at a professional tattoo shop. Remind me to never again get a spontaneous tattoo without doing my research!

Great tattoo shop. Creative ARTIST who is really easy to work with. The studio has a great feel. The walls are plastered with flash art (which is both decorative and showcases his creative mental state) Pricing is very fair, and he usually does same days. Bros choice of music will definitely have you asking "Who This" .

Great tattoo shop. Creative artists who are really easy to work with. A repurposed old house, the studio has a great feel. The walls and ceilings are plastered with flash art (which is both decorative and a worthy testament to their talents) and you get your own "room" to be tattooed, which is a nice level of privacy. Pricing is very fair, and they usually allow walk-ins. Bonus points for the cute old shop dog they have in office.

I liked my tattoo and I thought the price was reasonable but the customer service was really bad. I get it - it's a tattoo shop and maybe not run the same way as other business's. But the staff was very curt and unfriendly. We were not told the cost up front which I found to be in poor customer service as well. We should have asked but it didn't matter - we were getting the tattoo no matter the cost. Clean shop, fast service, terrible parking.

Go to Liberty Tattoo on Ponce. Don't come here. I walked in and asked about getting a name. I asked the shop minimum and then he (the receptionist) said $75. I didn't hear what he said, so I asked again. I say ok, well I'm about to step outside to make a call. He rudely stated, well if you plan to make a call to other shops go right ahead but that's our minimum. You don't say stuff like that to your customers. I was simply making a call to my gf. I just thought I'd visit the shop to see what all the hype is about. The $75 minimum is nothing compared to the thousands I've spent on tattoos. And by the looks of everything and the service I received, I don't see the hype. You'll probably get a nice tattoo, but the horrible customer service is something I don't tolerate.

I love my little flower! Jett did my tattoo, he was very nice and he did a great job with how small and detailed I wanted it. He also had a very light touch. It bearly hurt at all! I would definitely go back. 5 stars.

the customers service is horrible. the owner name phil is just unbelievable sorry... i had been going there the last 4 months to get my arm sleeve done.1st appointment. they cancelled than did not call me. i went up there on my appointment date looking like a fool but danny he was nice so i made another appointment..everything went good until the (second) piece of my tattoo.it was very BAD. not what i wanted at all. phil didnt even say sorry or anything. he just said oh its a nice tattoo. i told him no this is not what i paid for. so he said ok i can fix the nose and lips. he made me wait 1 month and half for another appointment just for to fixed it and finish the Japanese lady with the man. (the lady is beautiful) but the man it still not 100% as it supposed to be. (i have photos to show everyone)but it was alot better than before so he said he could do better on my 3rd tattoo. so i made another appointment.we made an appointment for August 15th 2017. on August 14th he wrote me an email saying he is off on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays but we already made an appointment in July for August 15th. he said call the shop to make a new appointment... there was no i'm sorry or let's make this right or ANYTHING. (keep in mind)im a 3-4 months returning customer and that how they treat me. I will not be going back at all. very RUDE and UNCONCERNED for ppl time.

Got both of my tattoos here and they are awesome. Josh is incredible and does amazing work. Their prices are fair, the work is awesome, and the shop is super cool. All of the artists are super friendly and completely willing to work with you to get the design you want. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

Malia Reynolds is absolutely a hands down pro. And not just her artwork, which is incredible and incredibly diverse, but her attitude and customer service as well. She's very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was straight up and didn't sugarcoat, but also kept the mood light. She also keeps an impeccably clean workstation and has obvious pride in what she does. I came to her with a concept and she worked with me to draw it up. It was my first large tattoo and my first one in color and she walked me right through to the very end. The result is fantastic, I couldn't be more pleased.

This was my first time getting a tattoo and it was a great experience. The woman at the front desk was really helpful and cheery, there wasn't any big wait or anything, the whole building was clean and relaxed. Ashton did my tattoo and talked to me about it beforehand, making sure I understand what all he was going to do and made me feel pretty relaxed. I ended up getting a rib piece and it didn't actually hurt, so that was a bonus. Afterwards, Ashton asked me how I liked it and then told me how to take care of it and gave me his card in case I had any questions or needed anything. It was quick and quality. The next time I get a tattoo, I'll be going back to Memorial Tattoo.

Phil is flat out the best in the business. I've been getting work done by Phil over the past 5 years and always look forward to the next session. He is super professional and an incredible tattooer. I gladly made the 2 hour drive to Atlanta each session and would drive even further without question. If you're in Georgia and want an amazing tattoo look no further!

AMAZING! My husband and I visited Atlanta for spring break and decided to get tattoos. My husband had heard of Memorial and we decided to check it out. Ashton and Dustin are absolutely wonderful! They took us as walk-ins even though my husband was looking for something on the larger side. Their work is amazing and they were very accommodating and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

CUSTOMER SERVICE was terrible... called off a day off work with a friend because we both wanted to get tattoos done, had scheduled an appointment ahead of time, he stated he was available 1pm-5pm, and we also walked and took 2 buses to get there. We arrived and noone was there to assist us in the store, waited a couple minutes by ourselves until somebody finally walked by and we told him we were here for our appointment. When Ashton came out he acted as though he couldent be bothered, brushed us off real fast saying he had said 1pm, and has now put someone else in that time slot, so we could come back next week, and left. Didnt pause to talk, didnt give 1 single apology, just implied it was completely on us . They always seem to be in a rush, they overcharge, and judging from other reviews showing pictures of blackface memorabilia, it may have been because theyre racist. DO NOT COME HERE!
