The gentleman was cordial when I called to ask questions. After arriving there he was friendly and very informative. He got everything prepared and did my nose piercing. It was quick and it wasn't painful at all.I would go there again for piercing or tattoo. The place was very clean also.

I'm here now. I have 3 solid bands on my wrist and just having them darkened. I had to pre-pay and quoted $120 per hour. Bill said it would take LESS than an hour but 45 minutes in telling me I will have to pay more and asked if I brought more $$$. WTH kind of show are they running? Bill was complaining from the second I showed up. He acted disgusted that a new customer even walked in. Moral of the story: I did not pay more, he didn't get a tip, and I will not return, but the work was pretty good.

I went to the Inkfactor in Prattville on a Friday night when no one was in. My mom took me because i'm only 16 (17 in a month). The guy told my mom that I would have to be at least 17 even with parent consent. The next day we searched every where through out Prattville and Montgomery, and some places were really sketchy and creepy and I just didn't feel comfortable. And not to mention half the piercers in this area were all out of town. So our last resort was here. We call and they said yes bring her in, and the piercer was in. I was getting my front helix pierced and was nervous as it is, but my piercer that I had was named Bo. He was very humorous in a non-aggravating way. I got it done and felt very calm and relaxed here. I AM IN LOVE WITH IT!!! I don't recommend to my friends any where else. I want to go back and get more, and that's saying something from a girl with a low pain tolerance! Check them out! I am not sure on tattoos just because I don't have one. But I did see a man walking out and his looked terrific! (Bo works in both Prattville and Montgomery, you just have to call first) :))

Let me start by saying the shop itself is very clean and well decorated. The front desk guy was also very friendly. However, none of that matters because the tattoo I received came out quite badly. I have full sleeves, so I am no newby to tattoos. When my tattoo was completed, he told me he would darken and fix whatever I wanted once it healed. I returned a month later, only to be told that the guy was now unavailable and to leave my number. I did that and still havent received a call back. That was 3 months ago. I ended up paying $250 at another shop to fix it.

Awesome. The staff is professional. They helped me with an issue they didn't even cause gave me direction on what I could possibly do to fix it. I didn't realize I'd been to them to get my daughters name tatted on me 5 years ago. If I'd come to them for this nipple piercing I wouldn't be having trouble now! Thanks Ink Factor you rock!

Love, love, love Bo and Bill! I tell everyone to go see them! Never have I had any issues with these 2 guys. Bo is always so helpful when I need anything and Bill always comes through on all of my tats! I have 13 and Bill has done all but 4 of them. Go see them!

They did good on making my brother happy with getting a tattoo in remembrance of our mother considering they are kind of high priced. The guy at the desk called another client a crackhead talking to the artist and she walked up and heard him, which was rude and inconsiderate considering they was paying for work. We would have took business somewhere else if that had been said before we got our work done.

It was a simple tattoo but it was the worst first tattoo I have ever received. If I said it didn't look right right after and you tell me I have to wait til it heals up. Well it is all the way healed and what I saw 7 months ago is the same way it looks now. All I wanted were 07-07-07 my first 07 was perfect then the last 2 were horrible. But thanks to outlaw they made it look better but it should have been correct in the beginning this is my first damn tattoo man. Hash I told you something was wrong but no I didn't know what I was talking about.
