I made an appointment with Caroline, when it was time for me to arrive (I live 40 mins away) Caroline wasn't there on the day she scheduled me. Now she was having some emergencies I understand that fully so a man suggested another artist okay cool but I wanted Caroline so I asked for my 100$ deposit back concerning she wasn't there to even do my tattoo. The man hesitated and told me he's been having to give lots of people's money back and he can't do it anymore but he will... Well I told him I paid with a card if that helps so he contacted Caroline she contacted me apologized but only gave me 50$ back when I deposited 100$. Also she didn't really seem to care about talking to me in general. I will never go back there.

Had my tattoo done by Matthew Gasca. He had me in for my tattoo within a matter of days, the man is a true artist. His work was very clean and detailed. Will definitely go back and I recommend this artist to anyone in search of one.

They were to busy to mine and my husband tattoos and the one person was available could,t do it because he had to send a fax . My Husband and I wanted something simple, and they acted like it wasn't worth their time to do. They are great artist but very stuck up about it. Had they not be so snobbish about it they could have had a customer for life. They really acted like it was inconvenient to provided me with a service I was going to pay for.

Best shop in town. Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good. It is worth having to be on a waiting list.

Cannot even put in words how amazing this tattoo shop is! The staff is all incredibly friendly & professional. They actually care about their customers. They all know what they are doing. The shop is very clean and looks cool too:) Luke did an amazing job on my tattoo, I told him what I wanted and he drew it out and tattooed it just how I imagined. After going around and calling around other tattoo shops in the area, this place is by far the best.

Called ahead so me and my bud could get tattoos They said it would be 40 min first come first serve. We arrived 3 min later and put our names on the list at the same time. an hour and a half wait later they pulled my buddy back and knocked out his. I listened to the artists jump around the list picking the tattoos that would be the easiest and quickest to get a shop minimum fee. I had to wait an hour after my buddy before I went up and finally asked she told me it would be another 40min. I walked out.. They lied to us from the get go and I had to watch people who walked in an hour after me with no appointment get seen and finished before I ever even got spoken to. I wont be back.

Great experience! Was able to get in the same day as a walk-in. Jared Wade was my artist, and he was awesome. He was excited about doing the piece, asking throughout the process if it needed more of something, to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Stoked about the end result and definitely recommend Blue Rose and Jared.

Awesome place! Greg is amazing! Haven't had anything personally done by anyone else there, but I've seen the results on other people and it's always special. Shop is very clean and friendly if not a little tricky to get in and out of (that road sucks). Make sure you call ahead for availability.

Trust Victor, Greg, Matt and Caroline with all your tattoo needs in Huntsville. They each have their own "specialty". Victor did a side piece on me, took 4 sessions to complete. It can only be seen in a bikini, but I have at least one person come up to me and ask who did it. Fair prices, good work.

I went today around 1:30 asked the lady if I could get a tattoo with my dogs paw prints she says oh yes they can do it just get what you need and come back it’s walk ins today. Oh great so having 6 dogs it took a bit to get what I needed but in the end I came back at 3 upon pulling into the parking lot I was greeted by a lady that appeared to be under the influence of drugs asking me if I was stalking her I’m no I just pulled in. Anyways I go in to check in the same drugged lady comes in right behind me talking to the same working that I’m checking in with and showing her what I want drugged lady says someone is beeping at her umm well your not a paying customer so go else where why was his lady not told this by someone who worked there is beyond me. So said drugged lady spent a good 30 mins walking in and out of the shop taking pictures of everyone and go around everyone cars. Anyways I’m out on the list it has about five names ahead of mine ok no big deal it’s going to be awhile. So around 6:15 ish a artist comes out calls my name so I go show him the paw prints and show him and example of what I want he says oh yeah I can do that it will take three to four hours @ $100 an hour. ok great! But he says it’s too big and going to take awhile so you need an appointment for that Waite what I have spent most of my Saturday here and you want to tell me now that I need an appointment and the first one available is July 12th? You have to be kidding me what a joke you really think I’m going to come back and give you my money I mean we could have at least started it and finish another day. This was not a good experience at all. My only suggestion is if you have someone working at your business then they should at least know what they are talking about I could have saved half of my day and gladly came back for an appointment if I would have been told ahead of time not after I waited for three hours. If she doesn’t know she should go ask someone who does.

Jared gave me the world's laziest worst tattoo. Horrible lines. Horrible shading. Horrible attitude. He was annoyed that my small tattoo took 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes when I asked him for a little more detail. Crooked lines. Patchy shading. Won't be going back even for a touch up.

I have been a customer of Blue Rose Tattoo for several years now. My husband and I have both had work done by Caroline, which we would STRONGLY recommend! I intend to have more work done by Caroline and maybe even Greg one day. My friend just had a tattoo done for a memorial for her two daughters that died in a house fire when they were toddlers. The tattoo artist that did hers, M. Gascas, was very sympathetic to her story and and surprised us with the sweetest gesture... he didn't charge her. My friends and I were paying for it for her birthday, so we of course gave him a tip.

Fantastic experience! Greg Ross was my artist, he was able to squeeze me into his schedule last minute to do my piece. Even though it was small and rather simple he worked with me on the design and was super helpful. He made some great suggestions and it came out even better than I had hoped! Went in for a session estimated at 5-6 hours for a piece on my ribs dedicated to my dad who passed. Didn't know if I was gonna be able to sit for the whole thing. Thanks to Greg Ross I made it through the whole thing in one session, took about 4.5-5 hours and it looked amazing. I am very happy with the quality and experience of the tattoo and to top it off he gave me an amazing price. Will definitely go back if I want something else. I don't know about the other artist's schedules but if you want Greg, just an FYI, he stays pretty booked so you should definitely schedule an appointment asap if you want something by him.

Greg is doing my tattoo right now I've been working on it for a while but he does amazing work! My tattoo has healed perfect everytime when I get more work on it. I feel like literally it's close to being completely healed after a week bc he is just that good, and he is a great artist, my tattoo isnt even done and I could tell just from the outline how good he is and how good it was gonna turn out. Now we are shading it and I haven't had any complaints at all or issues healing, other than it's very painful lol but that comes with the territory. I highly recommend him!

I had Jared do my (first!) tattoo, and it came out better than I ever could have imagined. I gave him a rough idea of what I wanted and in no time he came up with an awesome design. He worked with me every step of the way regarding the design and color. I couldn't be happier with the results! The shop is very clean, and all of the artists are extremely talented. 10/10. (b/c they are talented, they are busy. It's a good idea to call/email and schedule ahead of time, like I did. Made the process much easier.)

I also have work done by Caroline who puts out amazing work as well. Jason Brown did a tattoo for me as well but I believe he has moved to another city. I love the shop. Its incredibly clean and a lot of art on the walls to keep you interested. The staff is all super nice and helpful. Just a great place for a tattoo all around.
