The owner is beyond rude. Went to get my coat fixed and she tried talking me out of it because she didn't want to do the work. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to ever go here. My coat wasn't even done on time and called my fiancé stupid. The tailoring in Cheyenne is way worth the drive and half the price of this business. She was very disrespectfull and unkind.

Gina did a great job tailoring my dress for a very reasonable price. She was very friendly and had a short turnaround time. I will definitely be returning here for any other tailoring needs

The woman answering the phone is very rude. I called to get an approximate price on a hem for my wife’s single layer dress, and she asked me how wide the dress is. I said, “I’m not sure what you mean, it’s a size 5.” She laughed at me and asked me if I’m a woman. Maybe there is some translation difficulties because she doesn’t speak English very well, but it came off as very rude to me.

I had the waist brought in on a pair of chinos. Took about a week, decent price for the work done. Except wow! The seamstress was super pushy, and very short. Pretty good tailor, if you're looking for something standard that you don't even need to explain, before being cut off.

Super nice lady. Had my jacket done in a timely fashion and it looks great! She has a strong accent but it was still easy to communicate and she did a very nice job.

Incredibly rude. As if she hates her life and job. I love sarcasm, but this was beyond joking around and beyond rude. DO NOT GO HERE!

I give this 0 stars!!!! The owner Gena is completely rude beyond words...i paid for my jacket to get the zipper fixed two weeks ago and paid for in advance so it was done by the 11th. Which was stated on MY receipt that it would be ready and done on the 11th. I go in to pick it up on the 12th and said it wouldn't be ready tell the 13th. So I go in the 13th and still not done tell 4 and then said it wouldn't be ready tell the next day...so I asked for my money and coat back and she called me STUPID for that...threw a complete fit I asked for it back. AND doesn't even have a cash register she had to get it out of her wallet. Just very disrespectful on a business owner!!!

I didn't even bother once she told me to shhh and was pissed she had to make a new ticket since I could only pay for one pair of pants to be done. So rude, I thought she was sarcastic but soon realized she just is rude.
