Great work; very nice man; fast turn around time; great prices! Will return again. He did two of my suits, he took in the back to make it tighter, and also I had a "upper back roll" that he got rid of 95% of it... Pants only needed the waist taken in. The whole thing for two suits was $116, and I got them back in only 5 days (after telling him I had a flight to catch, he got it done faster for me.)

This was my first experience taking anything to a tailor. I am super happy with the results! Binh was great! He made it super easy. He fitted me and pinned my pants (3 pairs) so they fit how I explained. Then about two weeks later I picked them up and they fit perfectly! Exactly how I wanted. I'd highly recommend Binh!

I brought some pants in to have an elastic cinch put into the cuff. The owner asked me to go to JoAnn's fabric to buy drawstring cord toggles myself. I thought this was rather annoying, but I did it anyway. When I came back, he told me I had to go back and buy the elastic too, because he didn't have any. Needless to say, I ended up taking them somewhere else.

I ordered a beautiful green velvet dress online for my engagement party, and it turned out that it was too big! I was able to bring it here four days before the party to have it taken in and the sleeves adjusted. It came out absolutely perfect! I plan on bringing more things here in the future!

I had brought my wedding dress in to be taken in a bit, straps adjusted, and bottom hemmed. I got my dress back and the bottom was cut and hemmed too short and the straps too tight. There was NOTHING that could be done to fix it as the adjusted areas on the dress were now cut and the arm area quite uncomfortable.. my heart is absolutley broken.. My wedding is in a month and there's nothing I can do. As for the pants I brought in to be hemmed, they came out done perfectly.

Had several pants hemmed and a hole patched. The owner did a great job and he offered them in about a week. When I came in to pick them up I dropped off some pants that needed a button sewn on and he just did it really quick with no charge. All the work done was high quality and perfectly matching thread. They only take cash at the Alterations part of the store, but that isn't a problem if you know that. I would suggest to maybe put a more prominent sign reminding customers of that.

Very expensive, charged $70 for a tailoring job and it didn’t even come out right. When I was saying I wanted length taken off my suit jacket, he didn’t seem to understand my English so I just paid and left. Won’t be back here ever

I have had multiple suits, Jackets, pants and dress shirts tailored here. Always fantastic work, thye garments fit like a glove. The gentleman who runs the shop has excellent turnaround and is always willing to work with me to get the perfect fit. The prices are quite fair for the high level of quality. I highly recommend and will definitely go to Binh's in the future.

Mr Binh is an absolute PRO. I usually go to the place in Monona but she's just always swamped with Madison Service (police/firefighters) so figured i'd give Binh a shot. I needed a bunch of patches sewn on and he did them so well and close to the edge of the patch they almost look like it's part of the vest. He also did it so the inside liner was perfect as well so it's not pulling in any direction. Cost me 73 bucks (80 because I told him to keep the change) which for the work he did, was more than a bargain. He'll be getting my business from now on.

Excellent work. I've recommended multiple people. Leather stitching, button and zipper replacements, hem and take in or out, I've even had custom works done to my dress shirts. Even the men's warehouse recommends this shop. I won't have anyone else tailor my items. Best price and wait time. If you have a rush job, the couple extra dollars is well worth it.

Crazy expensive. Charged me $55 just to shorten the bottom of my dress a couple inches. Another tailor said he only charges $25 for the same type of alteration. Definitely look around before you go here, you could probably get any alterations done significantly cheaper.

Had my wedding suit altered here. I'm very peculiar about how clothes fit, and was a bit nervous at how quickly measurements were taken and necessary alterations were assessed. After the suit was done, it fit perfectly. I had modifications to both pants and jacket, and it was $50 even. Very nice work at a very fair price. Will be back for future suit alterations.

Binh's did a great job with fixing up two pairs of pants that had been worn through in the crotch area too badly for a little sew up at home. He threw in a pair of pajama pants I brought with a hole for free too. The service was fast and of very high quality. I'll be sure to go there again with my tailoring needs!

I turned in two pairs of pants to get tailored about two weeks ago. The day of pickup I go in around 1pm. He said it was not ready and to come back at 2pm. So I go back at 2pm and I find out he still has not even started on them and he asks me to come back tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is the wedding. Then he has the balls to ask me what I want done to them because it looks like he lost the sheet. Horrible service. I will never be coming back here again and I suggest all of you people take your business elsewhere too!!!!

I had three pairs of jeans shortened at Binh's. The cost was lower than I've paid for similar services at other tailors, the turnaround time was quicker, and the quality of his work was excellent! His shop is just a couple of tables at the front of the Tech Heroes store, but don't let appearances fool you. I would highly recommend Binh's and will definitely be returning the next time I need alterations.

I have had two positive experiences with Binh -- good work at reasonable rates, all of which are published beforehand. As others have said, the space is oddly situated in the front of the Tech Heroes store. Don't let it put you off: there is a changing space and mirror. There are no bells and whistles, but I'll be going back again. (And the business has a lovely backstory too.)

I got my prom dress shortened so it wouldn’t drag and I got my straps fitted. I am 200% happy with it. If I could give more stars, I would. It took less than a week to get the entire dress altered and I never even had to wait when I got there. The prices are worth it. Support your local businesses!

gentlemen who runs his business in the front of the tech heros store is very nice. he took care of me within a couple of days when i had asked for my pant legs to be hemmed. i am very happy people are still keeping business in the trades, as i was never taught as a kid how to hem clothing

Personally I'm not sure about the quality of the service or the quality of the work he does because when I stopped in the tailor was on vacation for a week. I hear he does good work but it is a bit expensive. I was put off a bit because it seems the business shares the same space as some kind of electronics store. I didn't see a place to change clothes or even a platform to stand on while the tailor measures you and whatever you want altered. There was pretty much just a sewing machine and tables full of clothes and that was it.
