Very poor customer service hung up on me when asked for appt during her posted open hours!

New client called on a tues to discuss having my dress hemmed. We set the appt for 2 days later on Thursday. I show up on thursday NOBODY is there. No call no nothing to cancel appt. I should have read reviews first as others have had issues with her. Horrible service.

Small business owner who strives to make everyone happy. Unfortunately usually only the negative reviews are the ones posted. I can say that for the last 30+ years she has made countless alterations to my clothes and random things I need to be fixed. Is it always perfect the first time, no, but she will take the time needed to make things right, which she does! 100% recommended!

She hemmed my mother's dress incorrectly to where the front is longer than the back and didn't leave enough fabric to let down to fix. She was rude to my bridesmaids and refused to let her try her dress on and then when she did try it on at home it was not done and hanging wrong because she made the strap to tight. When we took it to another seamstress she stated it was ruined and she's not if she can fix what happened the first time. I called to complain and never heard a response back. Poor business and do not recommend.

THis women is a terrible person she is rude and incompetent. SHe has ruined 2 dresses beyond repair for my daughter wedding. SHe will not return any calls and make things right. Do not go to this person.
