The first time I called, I was hung up on. The next time, Bill was extremely rude, but with all the 5 star reviews, I thought, whatever, just a cranky guy. After I showed up, he was working on a suit, and did not look up. I waited patiently, thinking that he must need to finish some task before he could help me. After about 4 minutes, I said "hi, you must be Bill". He looked at me, then looked back down at the suit. I waited another few minutes, then I turned and left. There was no way I would trust someone with my clothes who acts like that. It seemed so bizarre.
