Carol is AMAZING. I needed my bridesmaids dress altered because it was too small, and she had it finished in less than 24 hours. It looked perfect and stayed that way all night. She did fantastic work, and I can't believe how quickly she got it finished. I would definitely recommend!

Carol is amazing. Have had several things done with her and she always delivers! Made a last minute flower girl dress the morning of our wedding a while ago and it was perfect, as was everything else. She has altered everything from formals to Halloween costumes for me! It took me about 2 weeks to finally get everything settled. Between having to change appts. Not on my end and also times. Needed the dress done by a certain day and promised and was not until I pushed it to be. Even though she was given 2 weeks to have the majority of the alternation done it seemed to not have happend and she said that she had other appointments even though i had put my order in first. After all was said and done it looked good until after an hour i had it on and all the beads started falling off. And ik not to pull at strings or anything they just started falling off the dress and i barely moved.

The one time I got her to answer the phone, I set up an appointment. She did not show up for the appointment or get back to me about missing it. After leaving messages, I never heard back, nor could i get her to answer the phone again.
