I took a very nice western shirt ,with lots of embroidery , to this shop for alteration. I lost thirty pounds so it became way too large. She spent a great deal of time measuring me. I picked the shirt up a fews days ago and it fits perfectly. They did a beautiful job. The price was not expensive considering the amount of work. I would definitely do business with them again.

Great service. Only downside to this place is that their parking lot is wretched. Very difficult to maneuver in and out of, and I'm scared of getting hit every time I go in because of blind corners, narrow driveways and minimal space to park. Other than that, they're fantastic. They did a perfect job hemming a pair of Waterproof pants and taking off a powder skirt that is part of the pants meant to come up and clip into a jacket, which I wouldn't have used. Much cheaper than I expected. Friendly, quick, efficient service. Couldn't ask for any better. Will definitely be back with future needs!

I received an item that I ordered online for a music festival and needed it to be done in one day since I had gotten the item 2 days before I needed to leave and she finished it very quickly and was very kind as well as making the prices very cheap. I had two suits tailored here with great results. All hems and cuffs were cleanly pressed after alterations and appeared new. 3-day turnaround. Pricing was reasonable. When I picked up the suits I brought in a pair of Armani slacks I had forgotten to bring the first time. Mr. Pann let out the waist and pressed his work in under ten minutes and charged me under $20. He went above and beyond to satisfy me even though the rush was completely my fault. Service of this kind is rare.

I was given a price of $16 to change a zipper on my pant, which is expensive to start with. Then when I came back to pick it up he said it was 20 dollars. Very unrpofession and could verify since they don’t give receipts.

Pricing has gone up and is astronomical. They typically do decent work but there is always a weeks delay and charged >$20 to shorten spaghetti straps. Really ridiculous. Go somewhere cheaper

I’ve been in need to get my favorite REI jacket (that’s been discontinued) zipper replaced. Found them here on google maps and decided to give them a try. They did excellent work! It’s a small little mom and pops business and they were very kind. Good price and a short wait. I’ll defiantly go back when needed and recommend them to all my friends and clients!

Brought a brand new jacket with tags still attached in to have a few patches sewn on for work. Jacket came back with blood stains (disgusting!) and the patches where crooked. Horrible work!

Customer service was great, until I went to put on the shirt opened in their shop. The shirt had a scissors cut left mid chest that was not there before the alteration. They refused to do anything about it. I was still charged $24.

They were able to shorten my finances jeans same day and did such a great job u couldn't even tell they were done. It cost more than i figured but im no expert on what this costs and like i said they did sn awesome job. Now since my fiance has lost alot in his waist have like 7 pairs need to be taken in at the waist and probably hemmed hope they are able to do this but need to coordinate with my mam so they can measure him. Definitely plan on using again
