This place is a joke . I brought in my prom dress and they said it would be done in 2 weeks . I went in on the exact date they told me to pick it up and they said they had no idea that they even said it would be ready and that they hadn't even started . I needed the dress to buy the rest of my accessories and shoes. And then I said I shouldn't have to pay the full $60 if they can't even do their job in the time frame that they said and they still made me pay it . Somehow it is my fault? There is an old woman with white hair and glasses who works there and she is horrible to customers

Got some pants hemmed and product was good, customer service was aweful. The older white lady working was beyond rude, basically threw my pants at me and tried to short me on my change she owed me.

Went to pick up my jeans and they were closed hours early. Now I have them back and noticed my jeans were still frayed. They just took them up instead of hemming and charged double.

This was one of the worst sewing nightmares… First of all the woman was never there you had to call out...when she would arrive she was rude and one of those folks that I’m sure you all know who thinks she’s smart and in reality you can’t sew much less run a business... you know the type. So when I went to pick my sewing up I told her coworker that I was dissatisfied with the work she said she would have her redo it… Third time: and I told her I was still unhappy with the work she said she would take out the stitching and give me my money back but I would have to come back as she was busy so I didNow here is the kicker, I went back to get my pants and my money expecting them to do it they said they would do which is take the stitching out and return my money and instead they yet again redid them… I mean how many times do I have to go back to this place??? Well, No money back jeans with patches but I can’t keep going back, I actually do good work and good business and I don’t have time to hang around a bad one. It seems unique to me that in Bellingham Washington anyone can hang a shingle and say they are an expert at something when indeed they haven’t a clue.

I brought a top in for Lara to alter. Summer top, it was a bit snug at the breasts. I just said to Lara go ahead and use white light weight material (since it was under my arms she needed to add a bit of material.) My top I took to Lara was black and white. Well anyway I went to pick it up, I couldn’t believe she found the same print and material of the top which I love!!! She had me from there

They do a good job, have used them many times but will no longer go back because many of the employees are not very friendly or have customer service skills. It's too bad, smiling and saying hello aren't that hard to do.

Great place!! I take all my repairs and alterations here and it's always been perfect! We had one problem with a seam and they fixed it no problem..

Person who served me was very rude and tried to charge me an absolutely ridiculous price. When I called her on it she lowered the price a little but it was still way too much. Will not go back.

When I'm not on crunch time and preparing for my wedding, I will leave a full detailed review. The only advice I can give now is stay away, consider your options and read reviews. If you have a good experience here, you're one of the lucky few.

Gave them a call just to hem some pants, and they flat out told me they couldnt do it in the time frame i wanted. Wasn't really apologetic about it either

I just called to ask a quick question about altering some pants and the woman who answered was INCREDIBLY rude. I’m stunned right now, honestly. Not only was she giving me a crazy attitude like I personally did something horrible to her, but she hung up on me before I was even done speaking. I recently lost a bunch of weight and was planning on taking all of my favorite pieces of clothing in (which is a lot) but after that phone call alone I’ll be looking for another place to go. It’s just weird how angry she was at me over absolutely nothing.
