‼‼ Just no! ❌❌❌❌❌ I read their reviews which weren't great but we only needed 2 patches added to my daughter's taekwondo top. Well they charged $24 and said we can pick it up after 6pm. At 5pm we realized we were caught in grocery shopping and I checked real quick online when they close. .... it said 9pm for Friday. So instead of rushing out the store, we took our time... well we arrived at her store at 7:10 pm. Guess what?! Closed!! There is a tiny note on the very bottom corner of the window, showing open until 7 pm. Nobody is able to see it! Anyways they open at 10 am and my daughter had to test for her yellow belt at 9 am. What a nightmare. We ended up buying a new uniform for $45 because she was not allowed to test without it and the master made a huuuge! exception letting her test without the patches. I was so sad since she was the only one who would have had an academic patch and couldn't even show it. However we went there Saturday after her testing but it was another person in there. I told them what happened and surely she was 'oh so sorry' I asked her to please, give the manager a note that she needs to update her store hours online. Tailors are not new to an emergency or last minute job so I am mad she did not tell us, you can pick it up after 6 but we close at 7 and even more that their online representation is not reliable!! In the end, all we had was two patches to be sewed on and they even messed that easy job up and ruined my daughter's test day! And I am mad at myself cause I thought although I saw the bad reviews it's just a tiny stich job. What should go wrong.....

The price wasn't too bad, 32$ for hemming of trousers, but they messed it up the first time. The hem was too short then they didn't fix it the second time. Seemed to really struggle with the hemming

They did a bad job. I threw some items in the garbage. Tops were unrecoverable after being altered. They can do basic hemming, but that is it. Waste of money.

Words cannot express how utterly disappointed I am in the services I received. Despite the questionable reviews I found online, I chose to trust the few outstanding reviews that commended the “professional service” that customers received at this business. What a mistake! I brought in 3 pieces of clothing to be altered: 2 jeans and 1 dress. One pair of jeans needed to be brought in at the waist, the other pair needed to be hemmed and tapered for a slightly more fitted look. The dress just needed to be brought “up” to fit my shorter body better. The total came out to just over $117 (including tax)! I remember thinking how expensive this seemed to be but a review I had read on Yelp convinced me that “professional service means professional pricing” so I went with it and paid upfront (as required). Laura was also very kind when fitting me so I figured the end products would be amazing! This was a Monday. Fast forward to Thursday (the day alterations should have been completed), I walk in around 1:00 pm and am told by a different woman that they’re not done. The more upsetting thing was that by the look of the clothing, she believed that alterations had not even been started! She told me to come back Friday and that they would certainly be done by 1:00 pm the following day. I asked to speak with Laura, the owner, and she said that Laura was not in the shop and that she didn’t know when to expect her back. I came back on Friday at 1:30 pm and again, someone different greeted me and said that the jeans had been altered but the dress had not been started on. Really? Two days late now? I tried the jeans on in the store to make sure they were altered correctly and unsurprisingly, one pair did not fit right. The waist had hardly been taken in so it was still the same large, baggy fit that it had originally been in! I asked that I be fitted once more and the jeans to be altered correctly this time. The worker was also very kind and apologized. I was told to come anytime on Saturday to pick up the remaining dress and jeans. At this point, I realized that I would continue to receive unprofessional service. The alterations were mediocre at best and the last pair of jeans that were completed 2 days after the promised date ended up with uneven stitching and back pockets that were different in height (as shown in the photos). The dress was in ok shape but the sleeves had been taken up to create a cinched look, leaving them awkwardly short on my arms. I asked the kind employee for a partial refund for the inconveniences imposed as a result of their untimely service and mediocre job with my clothing. She said she could not do that but would give me a discount the next time I come in. I asked to speak with Laura and again, she was not in the store and the worker did not know when she would be in again. With no guarantee of ever meeting the owner and receiving my money back, I decided to call it a loss and warn future customers. Find an alterations business that is communicative, competent and professional. Do not waste your time and money only to receive your services late and in mediocre shape! I would have been fine paying over $100 for three pieces of clothing IF they had come out amazing in the end but that was not the case. I am never coming back here again.

Took my wedding dress in today. Was told it would be $90 to get it trimmed at the bottom and $125 to be taken in a bit in the middle. This was too expensive for me so she suggested adding straps instead for $45 instead. I was hesitant but decided to do It. I was told it would take 2 weeks to only add the straps and fix a diamond that I'm almost positive she broke off while pinning my dress. So I left the dress, went home and realized I had made a terrible mistake for even thinking adding straps to a mermaid style dress was ok. I decided to call them and cancel. No answer. I went in to get my dress personally and tell them I changed my mind and heres the best part. MY WEDDING DRESS IS HANGING IN THE STORE WINDOW OUTSIDE OF THE BAG. so..that would have been out collecting dust for 2 weeks? Outside of the dress bag I provided? Hanging out for anyone to come in and touch???? Also I don't even get my refund until the manager comes in on Saturday. All i can say is wow. Also I looked at my recept and she charged me 8 dollars for the bead she broke. ❌❌❌
