If I could give this zero stars I would. This lady took a large down payment on a leather jacket alteration. She assured me that no one knew how to work with leather like she does. She gave me a date that the jacket would be ready (three weeks) and told me she would call. She didn't call and her shop was closed every time I stopped by. She didn't answer her phone or return my calls. Eventually I caught up to her about 6 weeks after I dropped the jacket off. She told me she had been out of town and also that working on the type of leather in my jacket was hard. Anyway she swore she would have it done by the end of the week. I asked her to just be honest and stop all of the excuses if she couldn't do it just tell me. She swore she would get it done. Basically it took another 3 weeks and the work wasn't even that great. She also wanted full payment of the balance after all of her ridiculous and unprofessional nonsense. I can only assume the "Expert Tailor" on the sign was the last person to own the shop, because the current business is more of a clown show.
