I recently called this business asking if they could dry clean my suit for a wedding. I arrive in Seattle in a Thursday. The wedding is in the evening on Saturday. I asked if they could accommodate me. The lady said No and hung up. What kind of business are you running? You can’t dry clean a suit in two days? Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service. They could of said oh we are swamped fastest I could is 3 days. Something anything but no she says no and hangs up. Very unprofessional

The seamstress here did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. The bodice was too loose and the straps needed replacing. It came out perfect. It was done within two weeks. Two weeks before the wedding I realized I had lost some weight and needed it to be tighter and she fixed it in two days! It was a reasonable cost too!! I am so grateful I found this place!! My husband has also had two pairs of jeans taken in that looked spectacular. My brother and dad had their suits dry cleaned here for our wedding as well. They take extra time here because they do a really excellent job. I think if you spend money on a suit, you don’t want a rush job on a process that can absolutely destroy it if not done right.
