I took three items to this tailor shop: two pants and a dress. The work they did was excellent and my clothes fit perfectly after that. I would have given this shop 5 stars, but I found that the process of getting measured and talking with the tailor was cumbersome. Since the shop is located inside Burlington, the tailors use Burlington’s fitting rooms as changing rooms for the tailors’ own customers. Ideally this should be okay since the rooms are located next to the tailor shop. However, once you change, you have to find/wait for a Burlington patron to help you go tell the tailor that you’re ready to get measured or press a button near the fitting room front desk and that alerts the tailor that you’re ready. The tailor comes to the fitting room general area where you should be waiting, takes your measurements, leaves, and if you have another clothing item to adjust, you repeat the process above. Cumbersome. But other than that, the product is good.

Awesome Tailors! Googled around for tailors who could alter my suits and found these guys. The reviews are on point, they know what they are doing. It is a hole in the wall type location but I am extremely satisfied with their work. Prices were reasonable and the turnaround time was quick. I highly recommended them!

I’ve been going to them since 2015. They’ve tailored every suit and blazer I’ve purchased since. They are some of the best tailors I know. Y & Z Tailoring know how to make your clothes fit best. Not only that, but they listen to your instructions if you have particulars (e.g.I like a break in my pants & slightly longer sleeves than the modern, Euro look of today). I go for a classic look and they usually have me looking top notch. Their pricing is on par with other local tailors, but I think their experience and quality make them the leader of the pack. These gentlemen were amazing !! I ordered a dress online and needed the bust tailored. They put in a zipper and opened the bust. It looks so great!! The zipper made the dress a step-in (which was amazing because I couldn’t even get the dress on before!) and looked like it was supposed to be there ! They are very kind and work quickly And offer good prices. If I ever need anything tailored again, I will go back to them for sure !

Great place and excellent customer service. These guys came through at last minute. I came in 10 minutes before closing to get work done on my suit that I needed for the following day due to a last minute meeting. These two gentlemen stayed later just to get my suit done. Absolutely fantastic tailor. The hours are very convenient for 9-5 workers, and they'll always adjust the fit if it's not exactly to your liking. Great prices all around - I haven't found anyone that can beat them. The location is a little inconvenient, but these guys will have my business for years.

I had a company work shirt that was XL needed it medium. These guys took measurements and did a prestine job. You can’t even tell it’s tailered and fits perfectly. Excellent!

Terrible experience!!! I dropped off two suits to be tailored, and it went downhill from there! The price was pretty high, and it took a week to complete. I received a phone call two days before the arranged pickup date, asking if it was okay to keep them a few more days, because he was very busy tailoring clothes for homecoming. Needless to say, I wasn't okay with that. At any rate, I picked them up the day they were competed, and neither suit fit properly! He attempted to pacify me by giving me thirty eight bucks back, but I spent close to $300. Never again!!!
