I had two pairs of pants hemmed and Jean did a great job!! I paid $10 for each. The cleaners across from me wanted me to pay for dry cleaning along with the cost of hemming the pants. When i got my pants back from Jean...looked like they were cleaned and pressed. Great job!!

First, if you go anywhere else for alterations in Virginia Beach or Norfolk, you’re missing out on this place. It’s hard to find a good tailor, which is why I can’t say enough about how happy I am to find a good tailor I can trust and who cares about her customers. I had a last minute business trip come up and I needed work done to a new suit, and they were more than accommodating. They were able to help me, the price was extremely fair, and now I’m bringing more alterations to her because I enjoyed the experience so much. Highly, highly recommend

The best tailor around! Wona takes the time to go over everything and is very thorough. She is super friendly and very fair with pricing. I've been to others that don't put in half of the effort or attention and were more expensive. I needed some jeans tailored and they came out perfect. Don't roll up there wanting your stuff done same day. She is busy for a reason! Gotta wait if you want it great. I will continue to come here!

Wona is the best!!! I've been taking my pants to get tailored my entire adult life and I've been to tailors across the country and no one has done as good a job as Wona from Jean's Tailor. I'm very particular about my jeans and I like them not only shortened but I need the entire leg tapered for a purely custom fit. Wona had me try on every pair I brought in for an exact fit. This is important because some tailors are lazy and just take your measurements once and apply it to all pants. Wona understands that each pair is different and needs special fitting to get it right. She even asked me to come in with a shoe type I wear often to see how they would look. Talk about a Pro! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great tailor and great rates.

SUPER SWEET LADY!! Stopped in today to attempt to have a bridesmaid and toddler flower girl dress altered. She did not have enough time to complete it before my event date. My fault completely for waiting too long. I still felt compelled to write a review just to say she was so friendly and courteous! I will be back next time I need something done for sure!
