This is the worst place to get your clothing tailored. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. My clothing was not completed correctly and was not completed on time. She also left a stain on my all white suit and refused to remove it. She argued with me and was very disrespectful about the stain removal and did not want to discount the price for her damaging my item. I am absolutely disgusted and I will never return to her for any work. I fully recommend that no one go to her for anything. If you need something tailored go to Best Cleaners, they are a dry cleaner and tailor. Natalie's Tailors is the worst tailor in New York. Do not trust her or any of her associated businesses. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would give negative stars I would!!!
