Efficient. Faster turn around (next day evening) is free, they just spend less time on stains. Clothes are clean. Only area of improvement is that the front desk staff is a bit blunt and doesn’t really feel welcoming, but, the overall is that the clothes are cleaned efficiently and properly.

First time using these folks. One of their machines had a malfunction and scorched an expensive shirt -- a gift from my best friend as I was his best man that inherently carried sentiment. They did replace the shirt, which is decent and right (and the reason for their second star rather than my rating them as a 1-star establishment), but offered no further accommodation for the inconvenience/destruction factor. The woman who rang me up "didnt have authorization to do that." She said she'd give a note to the owner to give a call and the week has passed with no follow up. Much-easier-to-lose-a-customer-than-keep-one'd.

Gadue's is the only place I will bring my clothes any more. Consistently great service, perfect locations to fit my life, and the first to use the new environmentally friendly cleaners. Only downside is it feels so good to wear freshly laundered clothing I want to bring everything in for cleaning!

I'd like to first start out saying that they did a fine job with the items I brought in for Dry Cleaning. More importantly, however, the lady at the front counter was awful. I've never experienced such poor customer service. It was my first time to their facility. She was very unhelpful, snotty, and really didn't seem like she wanted to be there in the least. Had it not been for the woman at the front counter, this would have neen a 5 star review. Due to the poor customer servive I will not be returning.

I'm a college student at Champlain and have lived in Burlington for almost 4 years. This was my first time getting dry cleaning done in this area. Called Gadue's and asked for directions, the woman on the phone was very unpleasant. Then I got there and she was incredibly unhelpful, so I left and went to Greer's Dry Cleaning right down the road. Much better service, quicker and the people are friendly and helpful. Save yourself the gas and go to Greer's.

I needed two very expensive skirts hemmed, so brought both here reluctantly (the hours of other spots were not times I could make, unfortunately). I gave explicit instructions on where I wanted the skirts hemmed to to maintain the integrity of the style. I was horrified at what the woman did to these skirts. The hems are both crooked and one is at least an inch and a half shorter than I asked for. Awful. Never go here. I regret not making the time to get to the places that would have done a better job or attempting it myself. If I could have given no stars, I would have. There was no apology, just defensiveness. The only bonus: I did not pay for this awful service. Do not go here. The worst alterations ever--I'd hate to see what would happen if it was more complicated than a hem.
