I needed a bridesmaid dress shortened a bit and, of course, waited until three weeks before the wedding! The big box bridal shop I purchased it from told me there would be an upcharge for a "rush job" and I would need to make an appointment during the work day. When I called Erica's, they told me there was no appointment necessary and turnaround would be one week! I was able to stop by after work, measuring process was quick and easy and I was able to pick up my dress on the promised date, well before the wedding. Craftsmanship was impeccable and customer service was excellent. A+!!

Not the best. Impatient. For custom tailor, try taking the time to measure someone and fit their specific needs, rather than rush them through the process. Furthermore, paid to get pants shortened and jacket sleeves. They did not do the sleeves. A waste of $80. Try another tailor next time

They are the best in the area! I am very petite and they take all my clothing in. They have redone a few fur coats into vests for me and altered anything I need. I am very pleased with every item the alter.

Just Fantastic. I brought my wedding dress in 11 days prior to wedding. I had NEVER used a tailor or needed alterations ever. So I showed up with the dress but didn't have my shoes. The gentleman working was adamant for me to come back with the shoes for him to properly make the necessary alterations to my dress. He assured me the dress (which was my deceased mothers wedding dress) would be ready in 5 days. The dress was ready on time and it was ABSOLUTELY perfect!! It fit great and the length was perfect. Price was very affordable. Just Fantastic...Job well done.

I've been going here for a decade for tailoring, and more recently, for dry cleaning. They are a great tailors, even for complicated items like pleated skirts. Their dry cleaning is excellent, too. I brought in four panels of silk curtains that I thought might be too far gone to salvage, and a week later - voila! Like new. Besides that, the owners are lovely, kind people. There are several dry cleaners that are closer to my house, but for me, it's worth the extra mileage to go to Erica's.

I needed a dress hemmed within a two week time frame for my friends wedding. They did a great job for $45, which was a fraction of the price as some other local places. One woman wanted to charge me $175, which included her rush fee for being asked to have it done in under 3 weeks. The dress looked amazing and I will definitely use this business again because of their prices and the quality of their work!

Extremely friendly, prompt service and reasonable prices. My girlfriend was having an issue with the zipper on her beloved jeans, I called Erica's to see if they could help. I brought the jeans in and they were fixed in a matter of minutes. Instead of charging for a new zipper, which the jeans did not need, I was only charged a fraction of the price for the quick fix. I brought my wedding gown here for alterations and pressing. The alterations were fine, the pressing was unsatisfactory, and the customer service was abhorrent. When my fiance picked up the dress, he noticed it was still wrinkled. The woman behind the counter made no attempt to address his concerns. He asked whether she would wear the gown in the condition it was in and she replied that she would not because she didn't like the dress. Tastes differ, so I can accept that my gown isn't her cup of tea; however, wrinkles are wrinkles and a professional dry cleaner should know how to address them. When he prodded her to fix the problem, she insisted that the fabric was "no good." She blamed the garment bag, saying that the dress was too big. To her credit, the woman eventually offered to steam it (even though the gentleman I had originally left the dress with said that steaming would ruin it). When all was said and done, I am left with a wrinkled dress with visible iron marks, crepe-marks in the fabric, messy pleating, and a bill for the full price. This business might be fine for everyday dress shirts but I strongly recommend taking your fine garmets elsewhere.

Buttons sewn on to my pea coat (3) cost $12 but it's probably the going rate these days. So far, they're holding up! A little tricky parking and leaving the lot, but otherwise, a good place to get clothing taken care of.
