This is my experience. I wasn't going to post a review until I found pins in my coat. That is inelegant work. I dropped off my coat in April and didn't get it back until October. I understand that it was the prom season first. Then it became wedding season, owner vacation and unexpected injury. There was no updates on when it will be done until I called. Now I found pins when I got pinched.
