I did soooo much research online comparing alteration shops in Utah, including pricing, customer service, and overall experience. By far, Jung's Alterations was the best in all categories! I went in and was not disappointed. Jung is the nicest person ever, and she has reasonable prices! She never tried to up-sell me for alterations I didn't need, and even talked me out of some I thought I needed but didn't. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and I would recommend her to anyone!

She hemmed my pants perfectly and did it within a week, which is an exception for how long she normally takes, apparently. When she says pick it up at a certain time, don't go before, even 30 minutes before, because it will not be ready. Highly recommended.

Jung is an artist and an angel! I've been taking clothes to her shop for years and am continually in awe of her artistry and the perfection of her craft. I've taken the most delicate of items, and she fixed and beautified and tailored them impeccably. On the more creative projects, I love to give her creative license, because her eye for color and design is simply spectacular. She can do so much more than just alterations! (But her alterations are PERFECT!!!) In addition to her outstanding work, she is so very kind. We hug when we greet, and she watches me leave in my car from the parking lot. These small gestures make a world of difference for me. She is attentive and warm with a generous, generous heart. I wholeheartedly recommend Jung!

This lady is nice but she doesnt speak english and started pinning at a part of my dress that I didn't want altered. I clarified that I didnt want anything done to the bottom over and over and still put it on the quote. Finally she wanted to charge me $152 Including whatever she wanted to do to the bottom and then when I said to take that off she wanted $100 for just taking in the back through the zipper. I said no way and high tailed it outta there. That's almost as much as the whole dress and I'd rather do it myself than pay that kinda money.

Jung has been my go to place for any and all alterations over the last few years. Her quality and prices can't be beat. I've gotten pants hemmed and I've gotten pants taken in when too baggy. She's done patch work on a couple of my jeans where they had ripped or gotten too worn out. Same thing for suit jackets, she's taken in several for me to give more of a European cut. I've recommended female friends to take dresses there and they've had a great experience as well. Even minor things like shirt and pant buttons is worth taking in, because she has never overcharged me and is always more than reasonable. The review given by "noon T" is very unfortunate and is clearly not in line with anyone else's experience with Miss Jung. Do yourself a favor and completely ignore it. Terms like "she doesnt speak english" is far from the truth and shows what kind of a person noon T is. Miss Jung always triple checks what you want and there have never been any miscommunication between me and her. Also "I said no way and high tailed it outta there" tells me that noon T never even had a service performed (noon T took her dress back and "high tailed it outta there" before anything was even performed). So noon T is commenting on a service where she didn't even have anything done? And she decides to throw in something about Miss Jung's language ability? Like I said, ignore the review and listen to the 'real' customers that have left 'real' reviews.

The nicest owner, I took in my bridesmaids dress to be hemmed and the straps to be taken in, I brought it in on Monday, and she agreed to have it done by Friday that same week because I was flying out for the wedding that afternoon.
