Went to pick up the jacket I took in that needed a new zipper and they were closed. The sign on the door clearly stated they would be open from 12-2 that day. I waited for almost an hour and no one ever showed. My family had to cancel the appointment for family pictures because my son didn't have the key piece to his outfit. When I returned the following Monday and asked why no one was there, she flippantly said that her appointment ran late. I understand things happen that we cannot control but she really could not have cared less. A good business owner would have offered a discount or other compensation for the inconvenience. I will not return to this business.

Very disappointed with her service. She does NOT know how to do business nor treat people. My whole family has gone to her for quite some time and given her business for years. The last go around for my wedding she has tried to take advantage, she has called my wife and been extremely rude over the phone. She used to be good but as of late nobody should go to her. She bought 10 extra yards of expensive fabric that didn't end up on the dress or veil at our expense and she still has the fabric. That was after she tried to get my wife to go to Ogden and get fabric for her because she didn't have the right stuff. We've had good experience with her in years past and I would much rather leave a good review than a bad one, but this was a joke. I do not recommend going to her, there are other places that do a much better job!

Finish Tailor exceeded our expectations in every way! David’s Bridal wasn’t going to be able to have my wedding dress finished for FIVE WEEKS (which was a solid 2 weeks before my wedding), but Gloria was able to squeeze us in and had my dress done in just 8 days. The dress was BEAUTIFUL and perfectly altered, AND it was very, very cost effective. We were able to do Bridals before the weather turned. Thank you so much! I’ll recommend everyone I know to come your way!

Loved going here! They were absolutely amazing!! I ordered a dress and extra material online for my wedding. They added sleeves to make it more modest, took it in, and made it shorter for me. It turned out so beautiful! Also, my husband takes his suits in here to get them fitted, and they do a great job fitting those as well. I highly recommend them for all your tailor needs!!
