Customer service was terrible. My daughter's wedding dress was altered by her and messed it up and when we took it back to have it corrected she did not offer to fix it and claims she did not make the mistake. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Scam! I was told it would be $10 to get a simple patch added to a military uniform. When I went to pick up my garment, I was informed they did not accept debit. When I returned a couple days later with cash, I was then informed I was to pay $21 due to a late fee that was added. This establishment lacks customer service and failed to inform me, the customer, of payments accepted and any late fees that would be acquired. I believe she had the opportunity to inform me of the late fee I was going to aquire the first time I came in to pick up my uniform. To top it off, I recieved my garment wrinkled, full of lint and threads from her other works, and not protected in plastic (it was raining when I left). I do not recommend to anyone, especially service members!

I can't say enough good things about Chay's amazing work. She let out my mikado silk wedding dress when other seamstresses wouldn't touch it for fear of damaging the dress. The dress fit perfectly and it is impossible to tell it was ever altered. In addition, her prices are very fair. I'll go to Chay for all my tailoring in the future.

Took my expensive wool coat to be altered here. Owner gave me a date to pick up. Came in on that date to pick up. It wasn't ready so I drive home. When I get home there is a message on my phone that coat is ready to be picked up. I go back two days later to pay and pick up. Found out she doesn't take credit cards. She told me I should have read the sign on the counter that says checks or cash only. She also sewed the inside lining of my coat crooked (see pics). There is a weird hump now in the fabric by the collar that sticks out when i wear it. Also there was a beautiful hemmed split at the bottom of my coat when I took it in. She didn't sew it back on and instead sewed it shut on the bottom. When I asked her about it she lied about it and said there wasnt one or she would have sewn it in. She placated to me by saying it was stronger this way. $45 to alter this coat.

Was told that is would be $45 to add 4 patches to a sweater. Came to pick it up on the day she said it would be done and it wasn’t even started. She had 12 days to sew on 4 patches. Then she said she wouldn’t sew it because it smelled terribly. There was no smell to the garment at all. Still don’t know why smell would stop someone from sewing in 4 patches. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

So easy to work with, beautiful/quality work, and I recommend her to everyone I know. Very decently priced as well.

Not impressed. I took in my dress that I was going to wear during graduation. We had talked about how the lining would have to be done too so that it didn't bunch under the lace. She then quoted me $45. When I put it on for graduation day the lining had not been done and the stich on the lace was not even surged it was just two straight lines. I went back to tell her that I thought my quote included the lining and she said it would be an extra $20. Disappointing customer service and mediocre work.
