Took a pair of pants to have the stride taken in a little. Liliya was kind and had me put on the pants, made a few marks, had me move around a little after pinning them, etc. She was quick and efficient and kind. I was surprised by how reasonable the price was (about $15) and she said she'd have it done by Tuesday when I dropped them off on a Friday. When I went in to pick them up the payment was easy and the pants were ready. I looked at the stitch and literally couldn't tell that she had done anything to the pants at all. Somehow she replicated the original stitch and I couldn't even tell where she had done it. After trying on the pants and experiencing a perfect fit, I will absolutely take anything else I need tailored to Liliya. She was reasonably priced, fast, and is extremely talented in what she does. Don't listen to any of the bad reviews. She's excellent.

My suit pants that I've worn twice in my life ripped. I brought them in to the place I bought them from and they said it wouldnt be done until september tenth!! So I went to Liliya and she said she would have them done by the next day!! She is absolutely amazing and I'm going to go to her if I ever need alterations from now on

I’ve been here couple of times. One to bem some pants and once to patch some elbows on a coat. Both times I was highly satisfied with the work. It did however take a little bit longer than I expected, and I was kind of hoping she would iron the clothes but nonetheless quality service.

I like this place a lot except for one experience we had with the staff. They are from somewhere in Eastern Europe/Russia and so I think the culture barrier may have played a part. They basically told us that we took to long to come pick up a shirt that my wife had fixed and said that if we didn't get it, they were going to give it the DI. Well we couldn't get it because we were out of town and so we assumed that it was gone. Then a few weeks later they called and said that they still had the shirt and were kind of rude about it. When I picked it up, she was pretty rude about it too. That being said, if you need alterations done cheaply, this is the place. Even the crazy russian atmosphere can't ruin those prices.

I have no idea how she is rated so highly, which was the primary reason why I went to her instead of the other places in Utah Valley. I took 7 button up shirts to her to have her take in and hem the length. I was surprised when she said she might have them all done in two days. Looking back, maybe I should have told her I would just pick them up in a week because maybe she rushed doing them which is why they had so many issues. A lot of the work she did was very sloppy. On a few shirts the seams were coming undone. I should have checked them more thoroughly when I picked them up, but they were pretty busy with other customers.. Also, on a few of the shirts the front shirt tails where she hemmed the length was uneven where they meet up. They look pretty bad if I wear them untucked, which was why I wanted the length shortened. The stitches she used to take in the sides were extremely messy on a few of the shirts, and mostly already coming apart before even wearing it once. I can't imagine what will happen to them after the first time I wash them. It was apparent she didn't care how poorly it came out and just wanted to get them done. For the $160 I paid to have her do all the shirts I find this work unacceptable. I just learned of a friend of a friend that will try to fix the shirts, but I don't know if two of them are fixable. I wish I could post pictures, because some of it is just unbelievable. I gave her 2 stars and not 1 because it looks like she can do good work if she wants. Two of my shirts (probably the first ones she did) came out okay. I would take any alterations elsewhere if I were you.

Liliya did an amazing job altering my dress, it took about 4 weeks because the lace was super tedious to reattach but she made everything look just as I had imagined. The back of my dress originally had a low back and she was able to take in the body of the dress and use lace to fill in the low V. You could hardly tell that it had been altered. She also filled in the underlay to make a modest capped sleeve. I was literally amazed at her confidence!! The only reason I am not giving her 5 stars is because I waited for about 2.5 hours after the scheduled time to pick up my dress. Otherwise the service was great, and the price was what I had expected.

Liliya did a fantastic job with my wedding dress! The first place I took my dress wouldn’t even touch it because of the beading on the top and they said it wasn’t possible to fix (I needed to take the top in several sizes). But Liliya did a great job, not only taking in my beaded top and fixing the sleeves, but also hemming the skirt. And she was kind and helpful during the whole process. Definitely recommend!!

They altered my suit and I really liked the work they did. The owners were really nice, however, their shop didn't carry a very professional reputation. My suit did have a lot of lint on it after the alterations, but they were willing to clean it for me upon request.

She. Is. Amazing. I had my wedding dress altered by Liliya and they weren't your average dress alterations- I had her completely take parts out and put new parts in and still needed things sized differently- all the alterations meant that she had to take the dress apart and put it back together multiple times and the dressed turned out BEAUTIFULLY. I had about a month until my wedding and she was able to get everything done quickly and with plenty of time before my wedding, and she made sure we met a few times throughout the process to make sure the alterations worked and were to my liking. She did everything exactly the way I asked and I have no complaints. I would recommend her to anyone seeking important alterations from someone that is skilled and can be trusted. Thank you Liliya!

I was told to pick up my alterations today February 25th after 4:45pm. I mentioned I was leaving out of state and Liliya said it would be done today at that time. She is closed though. Liliya Please message me as soon as you can!!!! I need my pick ups right now since you said on Friday that they would be done today! My receipt said they are done today but you are closed!!! oh man.... this lady is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! I had originally taken my dress to have it altered by someone that the bridal gown store suggested and the lady was a pain. She told me that all of the alterations I wanted to do to my dress were not possible and that I should just have a jacket over it instead. I took it to liliya to see what she could do and not only did she make each and every single one of my wishes of alterations come true, but she did it INCREDIBLY FAST!! Seriously this woman is a miracle worker and I have already referred multiple friends to her and they absolutely adore her! Don't go anywhere else!!!

I came in frantically last minute, with my wedding dress that I needed to put sleeves on, and she had it done in less than 2 weeks. Where other alteration places require 6-8 weeks. It turned out great, and they were very accommodating to work with!

We needed some pants mended and a shirt. Lilya was honest and delightful about the shirt (basically it was not reparable and she told me straight up - I loved her candor). The prices were reasonable, the turn around was realistic (4 days). They are closed on Mondays, which is the day I always seem to remember to go by. :) The first time the store is a little hard to find. It is right on the highway - don't look inside the strip mall behind it. I would return to this store for future alterations. They give you your money's worth.

I purchased a wedding dress that had really short cap sleeves and I wanted longer sleeves (winter wedding) but they have really intricate lace that covers the entire top and sleeves so I was VERY nervous about selecting someone for alterations because it would be really obvious if it didn't blend perfectly. I supplied the extra lace that I ordered with my dress and Liliya worked magic! It's perfect and looks like the dress came with those exact sleeves. She worked very quickly (only 2 or 3 weeks) and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend her for wedding dress alterations, I had a great experience!

She does good work, but after her first attempt at taking in the pants' butt, it was too tight, and so I had her do it again. She gave me a lot of attitude and made me feel like it was all my fault that the pants didn't fit right and she kept making comments like "if this was right the first time, this wouldn't have happened". Gave me a hard time for having her redo work. Not very nice to me, despite me being kind and polite about it.

I still can't believe it only took her four days to tailor everything on my suit: the length and width of my pant legs, the coat, the sleeves, the crotch. In fact, I went in on a Saturday to get my suit measured, but I went in without the shirt or the shoes, which made measuring for length of the sleeves and the arms a little difficult because she had nothing to compare the measurements to. So she went ahead and altered everything with the exception of the shortening of the sleeves and the hemming of the pants, and I returned on Monday with my shirt and shoes so she could get an accurate measurement. She got the whole thing done in four days even with having to wait on me. Great prices, great work, great customer service. I was very happy with what Liliya did for me.

I came to Liliya with a formal, chiffon bridesmaid dress that was custom ordered by the bride for her wedding, but it was too big and didn't cover what I needed it to. I took it to a different seamstress first, who told me she wouldn't even take on the project. Liliya walked me through my options and fixed the dress in a week, even making a really lovely little shawl as an affordable way to make the dress modest. I was so relieved!

What poor customer service. When we walked in, the gentleman there was very kind and helpful. As soon as the lady walked out, the entire mood changed. She was short with my fiance and I, barked orders at us, and ultimately was not helpful. And then being rude to people in comments only proves that you are just a mean person.
