Mr. Young is a really good tailor. He's been doing it for over 45 years. He listens to what you want and does it extremely well. Highly recommend him. He is now my personal go to tailor. It's hard to find a good tailor the same way it's hard to find a good Barber.

I can't get this guy to barter on price but I love it! He's reasonable (priced that is...lol), and does rock solid work. I'm still trying to figure out if he's saving me money, or if I'm just spending more to look good, because he does that well.

We had a short engagement and I needed my dress ready in mid July. I was using his aunt’s wedding dress from 1984-85. He wasn’t able to do the original changes to the dress that I wanted, but we talked and he came up with an amazing design that I fell in love with. The dress was ready in time, which everyone else said was not possible. My dress was perfect. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Run!!!!!!!!!!!! while you're ahead. I took Mr.Young 3 pair expensive jeans ( New ) to be altered. I needed the leg openings trimmed down 5 inches. He had me to try on every pair and pinned each leg up to the exact length i wanted them. After a week I returned to pick up my jeans . The first pair I tried I noticed they seemed very short for a person who's 6'7' so I tried on the other two. The same exact problem. I asked him what happened this wasn't what I wanted , he said this is what we measured last week. So I asked for a tape mesaure to check the inseam. After checking the inseam of the jeans I noticed my jeans went from 44×34 to 44× 30 and 1 pair 44x 31 1/2 . And the legs openings were cut 2 inches ( Not Slim fit at all ). So basically I threw away $530 ( $420 for jeans and $110 to him ) He saw nothing wrong with the jeans. Ray Charles can see that and he's blind and died . A 6'7 human looks crazy in 30 inseam jeans. NEVER AGAIN!!

Being new to Spring area I thought I found a good honest tailor.. I brought him 2 pair of uniform pants to be hemmed .. ok when I came to pick them up they were not ready.. he said come back in 45 minutes.. I come back in an hour .. my pants fold neatly across the hanger .. something kept telling me to try both pair on at the tailor shop me being in a hurry I waited until I got home .. I tried one pair on .. they were hemmed ok .. I tried the other on they were never touched I took them back... he swear he hemmed my pants .. I said no sir they were never touched .. he said I’m a Christian I don’t lie these pants are new ..you right sir and they were never hemmed.. this was a learning experience for me.. always try on your pants before leaving a tailor shop..or clothes.. that’s ok I just gave him money for nothing.. I’m not the first person he done like this.. I believe he done this before.. if you have two of the same kind of pants .. please double check your clothes..

Old man, experienced tailor. Very nice and humble. Recommend listening to what he says. GOOD prices. Typically pay $25 for a hem and taper on jeans, but instead only charges $18 for both. Typically 2 day wait on jeans tailor. Overall, great guy, great prices so far.

The owner is very nice and respectable. I had to get my bridesmaid dress altered due to it being way too big. He measured me and ensured that I was comfortable with the changes he was going to make before he did the alterations. The dress looks and fits perfectly. Reasonably priced and I will be going again!

Did an amazing job to my wedding dress. I got married on November 26 and I took my dress in literally at the last minute and he had to cut the sleeves to my dress and to make the story shorter he did a great job. The prices are very good. I went to two different other places and they were charging me 400 to 700 alteration. I only payed here 160 and the job was amazing.

Mr Young is the best!! I had a custom made dress by another tailor that was hopeless for me to wear for my cousin's wedding in NY. I called and I explained to him. He said, 'come I'll do it for you.' He did it, perfect in 2 days!! Good price too! Other tailors I had called said two weeks minimum. I came to pick up my dress, tried it, and it fit perfectly! Thank you so much Mr Young! I been going here for a couple years to alter expensive attire. Last time I took a Kiton italian linen shirt to tuck in sides and cut sleeves. When i went to pick up, i tried and noticed that he forgot to tuck in sides. When i asked him to re-do, he complained about all the time it was costing him and begrudgingly agreed. When i picked up for the second time he was very upset that i wanted to try it to make sure 2nd time was right . BTW if you lose your ticket he charges $5 extra....i had mine so no issues.. It was right the 2nd time but his patronizing attitude was disrespectful. He is always rushed and has little appreciation for clients. There are places just as good without the attitude.

If you are a male that wears dress shirts to work this is your guy. He will take those baggy dress shirts and custom fit them to you for under $20. They come out great and I am very particular about my dress shirt fit. They fit me like a dream. I goto marshals or similar buy a high quality name brand dress shirt that used to be $150 now priced at $20 just make sure the sleeve length and the neck fit right. I bring the shirt to him and he takes the arms, chest and waist in perfect fit to my body and presto - for under $40 you have a designer high quality custom fit dress shirt that would normally cost you $200+ to Achieve the quality and custom fit. Boom.
