Worst tailor and business person in general I have ever experienced. She butchered an (extremely overpriced in the first place) alteration of a bridesmaid's dress so badly that she herself decided it couldn't be fixed. In trying to figure out a solution with her, she started getting all nasty like her mistakes were our fault. She threatened to destroy the dress the rest of the way out of spite so we had to show up and rescue the dress. No refund or any resolution from her, we are now stuck with the bill and no dress for a wedding in a few days. Stay far far away.

Wow! So I brought in a Pea Coat to get the sleeves hemmmed. She quoted me a price that was doulbe the national average. That was the first red flag. Then she took almost a month longer than what she said she would. When I called to check on it she was extremely short and rude. Finally she got it done and when I came to pick it up she inflated her original price by 60%! She was one of the rudest people I've ever done business with. Then she swore up and down how I can never find another tailor here locally. I know of at least 4 others. An absolute scam artist. I paid to get my jacket back and left absolutely infuriated. Never again will I send any business her direction. Save yourself the headache. Find someone else.

Oh my...not a good way to gain business. A phone call to this place was enough to make me write a bad review and I never write reviews! I was made to feel like I should have called months ago for a simple alteration. It would have been sufficient to say "I'm sorry, we will not be able to finish this order in time. Thank you for considering us". Common courtesy and customer service is lost in this country!

This lady will ruin anything you bring to you and charge you way too much for her to mess it up, hold the item hostage and make you feel like you did something wrong. She needs help!!! Do not take anything to her. Terrible customer service.

Warning CRAZY Lady! Worst service ever. She freaked out on us when we came back to pick our prom dresses up, she would not let us try them on for a second time. She says "I don't not do second fitting, that's my time, to much time." We proceeded to tell her that it would only take a couple minutes we just wanted to try them on and see how they look. She said "are you kidding me, NO I don't do that." She said what if you don't like it or brake a zipper, well at this point she was supper angry and was getting in our face. We told her she could keep working we just wanted to see the final look. She said "FINE!" and whipped the changing curtain around. We decided that it was okay if we didn't try the dresses on because we were so frightened at what she might do next. So we paid the rest of our money so we could just take the dresses. We had to pay half when we first came and then the rest... with a total of $150! just about the same price of our dresses. Way over priced. I recommend NEVER going to her... she has so major issues!

WARNING TO ALL BRIDES AND MAIDS, OR ANYONE WHO NEEDS ALTERATIONS...DO NOT GO TO MASTER TAILOR ON WEST BLVD...Very rude woman, awful business ethic, overcharges, literally ruined my dress...Never trust her with anything dear to you. She had my wedding dress for almost 8 weeks...I had to basically beg to get it picked up yesterday (10 days before my wedding!) Refused a second fitting, She said "it will be perect you wont need a 2nd fitting, I don't ever do them" ...charged almost 600$ to basically throw it all together, My beautiful dress is an absolutely a mess...it was a simple alteration of a hem and straps shortened because I'm short. No lace, very plain, simple satin material. The New hem was so crooked the tool was hanging out the bottom in spots, she cut a hole in it and tried to do a patch job, which hung lower than the actual hem of the dress. The straps were tore apart and resewn, bunched together & uneven. The bussel was just as uneven and still had a train. (The point of a bussel was to get rid of the train i thought, and I barely have a train to begin with) I haven't even mentioned any bridesmaids dress stories and customer service or the fact that all 3 of my flower girls' dresses are also messed up...can't even zip one. She didn't want me to pick up my dresses until Oct. 8th. My wedding is Oct. 10. Thank god I picked them up when I did. DO NOT TAKE ALTERATIONS OF ANY SORT TO HER. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Thank you to the ladies helping me fix it, 9 days before my wedding. (And im not being diffucult, or throwing a fit, as she accused me of) Everything with our wedding has come together beautifully and still will, however I just want people to know what kind of business she is operating. You can read reviews on yelp and all of them say the same thing...do your research when it come to alterations.
