She is amazing at her job, and makes sure to work with your schedule. Very pleased with my wedding dress alterations! KJ even made a veil for me since I was not able to find one to match my dress! She took the lace off and hand stitched it and all! Go to her, you'll get great service!

If you are wanting to alter your wedding gown at all, even just hem it or add a bustle. Go somewhere else. She stated to me that she hates working with brides and wedding gowns. Horrible customer service. She is rude and very unpleasant to work with. I wrote out my experience on FB if you are interested in as to why she is such a mess to work with.

KJ is super! I went to her 24 hrs ago to get a sport coat tailored and even though she was under the weather and overwhelmed with work she got it done in time for me to go back home! Anybody who gives a bad review was gonna give a bad one anyways

There is absolutely no reason to go to David's Bridal for alterations so long as KJ is in town and in business. They quoted me over $100 for alterations she charged me $50 for. I can't recommend her enough. She did a beautiful job and she's quick! Just be curtious and work around her schedule as well as your own, and get things to her early as she is just one person. GO LOCAL, BRIDES ANS BRIDESMAIDS!!!

KJ did a simple alteration of hemming jeans that were way too long for me. She was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. she couldn't use the original hem but made sure the thread used was identical to the thread of the pants so you can't even tell. She took measurements as soon as I walked in and saw her. Her attitude was great, answered all my questions and stayed true to my piece range. My pants now fit way better and I couldn't be happier. I went into this business to have some alterations done on a brides maid dress for a wedding 5 days away. She fitted me then and there took the measurements down and it was done in two days. When I picked up the dress she had it pressed and ready for me to try on. She guaranteed her work and stated if I had an issue bring it right in. Very friendly and speedy service. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to Forever Young Alterations to get the wedding dresses and my pants tailored before our wedding. Her customer service skills are completely lacking. She was rude to us each time we came in and would always say she is an expert and knows what she is doing. However that is far from the truth. She is extremely unorganized, my wife's second dress didn't even last two hours because the strap that she altered had broke, and my right leg pant suit was higher than the left. She did not pin my pants the first time we came in or take measurements. it was definitely not worth the money we were charged. I am sure others have had good experiences with working with her, but ours was not.
