Long post, please stay with me. Do not visit or use Twelve Tailoring in North Charleston. I took a bridesmaid dress there to be altered. She had me try the dress on, zipped it with no problem. I paid them and when I went to pick the dress up and tried it on. The zipper was very hard to move, even though the dress was not tight. She stated she probably should of put zipper wax on it thrn pressed it. She then put zipper wax on it and told me to take the dress off to press it. When she brought the dress back she forced the zipper up but it was a little easier to close. However the product she put on the dress stained it. She took the dress in the back and brought it out soaked wet in ther stained areas. She then said she could not tell if the stains were gone or not because the dress was wet. She told me take it home and let her know. I put the dress in front of air vent and dried it within minutes. The stains were still there. I took the dress back Arrie stated she would take it to the dry cleaners. She called me a few hours later and stated she tried to get the stain out BBC again (which it did not work) and she did not want to take it to the cleaners because the state they could not guarantee the stains would be removed. She stated she wanted to take my dress HOME to wash it....I went to pick up my dress and took it to Sandy's Cleaners they got the stains out.Arrie at Twelve Tailoring arrested she does not feel that they should pay the dry cleaners bill as she feels Sandy's Cleaners ripped me off because they charged $39 and the cleaners she uses charges $21....It gets worse. On the day of the wedding, the zipper was extremely hard to move once we finally got it up. The zipper splits. I had to be sewn into the dress, and hide the zipper part with my arm. I've sent an email and no response. Do not I repeat do not come here. I have pictures also.

In March 2017 we trusted Arrie Seals to design our Bridesmaids dresses! She took the money from 11 of Bridesmaids. On March 2018 Arrie Seals showed me one incomplete dress. The dress looked nothing like what I requested! We requested our money back. Arrie Seals agreed. But had a changed of heart! Why would she keep our money for a whole year but not deliver a dress??? My wedding is 6 months away and they cut all communication with my Bridesmaids and I! They don't have the money or dresses to return to us! They are crooks! Do not work with them! Buyers BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Does amazing work! She was able to altar the neckline, add straps, hem the dress to a tea length high low, and raise the petticoat underneath, and take in the dress a solid size and a half, all within a week. It is definitely worth the money just make sure you don’t procrastinate like I did! No damage to the garment in any way, plus she was available by appointment so I was able to get there even with a busy work schedule. Absolutely amazing results!

I found out that I was pregnant after I have bought my wedding dress, and Arrie not only made my dress work with my changing body but she relieved all my anxiety about the dress not fitting at each fitting. Twelve Tailoring is the BEST tailoring service in North Charleston. Anytime I take my clothes for alteration, they do a very great job and I am always super impressed with their works. They are very understanding and they treat all their customers with respect. If you need tailoring services I will advice you to only go to Twelve Tailoring to get the best quality service.

Arrie and her husband were amazing. They were both professional, yet very personable. She was able to make large changes to my day time dress (almost down a couple sizes) in a short amount of time and tailor my husband's pants and jacket to fit him perfectly in a slim-fit style. Everything was reasonably priced as well. We will definitely use her professional, polished services again!
