The owners were efficient, very professional, and a delight to work with. The bridesmaid dress needed quite a bit of work done and they did a fantastic job. If you're looking for a top notch tailor look no further! Having just moved to Charlotte I've been in the market for a new everything. After researching multiple tailors and lots of disappointing cold calls I came across Sumer. They did a fantastic job with the alterations. The prices are very reasonable and you can't beat the turnaround time! Without question, I will most definitely be coming back to Sumer.

I can’t speak highly enough about this shop and its owner Ahmed. Ahmed salvaged two pair of pants that other seamstresses/tailors had told me were unfixable, doing so in days, not weeks. Great customer service/wonderful experience. 10/10, A+.

He accepted a job that other alterations business in this zip code did not want to take because they said it was impossible or they didn't have the materials. This man is a highly-skilled TAILOR, so he said we would be satisfied with his work. He was right. We picked up the finished work next day and we are surprised at how he fixed the problem without needing anything else but his talent. Besides, he has a great personality and is professional. I came to need major work on a jacket and two blazers and due to some bad experiences in the past i decided to seek a professional tailor and not go to the cleaners/taylor situation. Ahmed provided that professional service at an excellent price and all my pieces fit like well loved gloves now. I apreciate his profesionalism and he is a kind person that is a major plus.

Today I visited Sumer Tailoring, and Ahmed who is the owner. Personally came to fix a taper issue where other places found it impossible. Ahmed, analyzes the situation and makes sure that all areas come to uniformity to make a pair of pants the best they can possibly be. No other tailor does this. Definitely a five star spot.
