They did an AMAZING job altering my graduation dress. I walked in without knowing they are appointment only because of how busy they are. I told them I had a crocheted graduation dress that I needed altered within a week and I asked if they could help. They not only helped me and were so sweet to me about it, they had it done within the hour for me! So nice and the alterations were exceptional. I highly recommend, i am never going to another tailor again!

Showed up with garments in hand...was met outside by Nadya only to be told that they will only work on wedding dresses. And I arrived we'll before 5 and was told that they were closed.... Very rude to me. I will not be back

I don't understand how Nadya doesn't have 5 stars, she's amazing!! I was so nervous to take my wedding dress to get altered and had heard nothing but great things about Nadya so I decided to take a chance and had no regrets! My dress had 6 different layers, 1 being lace with scallop detail on the bottom. Nadya could tell I was very nervous about taking my dress up so she showed me a previous dress she received from another Bride who had an alternation nightmare. The previous person that was working on this dress had just completely cut off the Bride's scallop bottom (why would you even consider cutting off such a beautiful detail?!?) Nadya took the dress from the Bride and made it look like the nightmare never happened. She did just as great with my dress. You will not regret choosing Nadya!

Nadya did a fantastic job altering my suit jacket. It fits perfectly now and looks absolutely great. In addition, I needed my receipt and the studio tracked it down for me and got that information to me. They were always polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this team!

Nadya was instrumental in the success of my wedding day look. She altered my dress PERFECTLY and added cups to it so I didn't have to wear a strapless/backless bra. She also had the perfect sash made from a ribbon in Europe and taught my mother and I how to tie it. She hooked us up with the most perfect french bustle for dancing! She also offered to fix my headpiece for me - I have a pixie cut so I was unable to tie it underneath my hair. She custom sewed it onto a freestanding headband for me. That was above and beyond!! I would recommend Nadya to ANYONE for ANYTHING!

My first appointment went well although I should have asked for an estimate of price beforehand since it was very expensive for what was done to it. When I went to pick up my dress it was a very quick try on and it seemed fine. They had me pick up my dress 2 months before my wedding. I tried it on two weeks before my event to double check everything and noticed it was just a little too loose in the back. When I called they said they were unable to help because I didn’t let them know soon enough. They also offered to show me their book to show me how busy they were instead of helping with a solution or recommendation for someone else. Overall the customer service was a bummer, especially for how much money I paid for my initial alterations.

I cannot say enough wonderful things! I went to 3 (yes, three!) different seamstresses for my wedding dress, and they all declined because the design was too complex. I called Nadya in a panic and she was able to schedule me the same day. My dress was WAY too big with a lot of beading and delicate fabrics and designs, and she handled it like a champ. She altered it to fit me, added cups, a bustle, and hemmed it without any problems. I wanted to cry tears of joy at how easy she made it along with the beautiful work. She's so sweet, too! I highly recommend her!!
