I took my new suit to Kitty's and could not be happier. Very friendly staff and they do very good work. I had them alter both the jacket and the pants and they look and fit great. I will be taking all of my alteration needs to them from now on.

Did an alteration on my fiannces dress and left the underskirt showing in parts of the dress. Supremely disappointed in the quality. I never leave a bad review, but I don't others to fall into the same situation as us.

They said my dress would be ready on Friday when I dropped it off. When I went there to pick it up, they told me that it would be 45 more minutes. I came back 50 minutes later and the dress wasn’t ready. I came back 30 minutes later and they were ”just finishing up”. When it finally came out, the lace on the dress was very messy looking, with jagged cuts and stray strings. I asked them to clean it up and when it came back, the edges of the lace we're burnt from their steamer. They didn't take responsibility for it and blamed it on the dressmaker when it was clearly something they did. I'm giving them two stars only because I know of others that love their work and how quick they turn it around. However, I would only recommend going here for very basic alterations.

I've been here a few times. It is a good place IF you can avoid interacting with the owner's husband, which is hard to do since he is often at the front counter. He is a rude, mean old man--so much so that I'll go a little out of my way to Jeni's on Haywood Road from now on.
