Had a funeral to attend and needed my sports coat sleeve shortened. The gentleman was polite, professional and had it done the same day within hours. I looked to see if it was done because it appeared untouched. He said try it on, and boy oh boy. It looked so good i couldn't believe they did such a great job. Talented and hands down the #1 spot to go to and only ones open Saturday.

We brought her a pair of shorts to be altered on March 23rd. She said they would be ready on April 16th. We paid for the work. On April 16th, they were not ready. She said to come back after 2pm on the 17th. We come by at 3pm and the business isn’t open, even though it’s within her stated business hours. I called numerals times and no one picked up. I have to leave town now and I don’t have the shorts I wanted to bring. Not a life ending ordeal, but very unprofessional and deserving of a bad rating.
