I've never had anything altered, so when I took my items here, I had no idea what prices to expect. I was surprised with how much she charged me, but if that was the only thing, I wouldn't be writing this kind of review. I had 3 dress shirts that I wanted the sleeves shortened and 4 blackout curtains that I wanted spilt and hemmed. She quoted me, after questing why I didn't get the proper sizes to begin with, $25 per shirt and $30 per curtain. After 3 weeks went by, I finally got a call that the curtains, and only the curtains were ready. I had vertigo at the time, so my girlfriend picked them up. She paid $200. I figured she just charged me for everything ($75 for the shirts and $120 for the curtains). I was wrong. When i went in ANOTHER 3 WEEKS LATER, she told me I owed $75. I showed her the $200 receipt and she explained that was for the curtains only. When I questioned how 4 curtains at $30 a piece comes out to $120, she quite simply said I now had 8 curtains. She actually gave me a discount! From the research I've done since, and questions many friends and family, it's safe to say she was ridiculously expensive to begin with, and down right criminal in her up charge at pick up. wouldn't

The owner is very knowledgeable! I'll recommend a change to a dress and she might say "what if we do this...." and her suggestion is always the best for me and my body type. I have going there for years

When I called to get a quote for a jacket alteration I got nothing. When I asked for a quote I was told they could not even give me a ballpark estimate. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and had no interest in helping me. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to Lee's Alterations. They were timely, affordable, and were extremely helpful.

Feda is truly amazing!!! I was in a total emergency on Tuesday for a wedding I am in on Friday. It didn't zip and it needed to be hemmed. She did both in a day and it looked gorgeous. I came in two years ago for another dress and her work was just as fabulous. She is knowledgeable, kind, and hard-working. I would highly recommend her!

Took a pair of $110 jeans in to be hemmed to a length appropriate with heels. When I tried them on after they had been hemmed they were almost floods with FLATS. Very disappointed.

I took my bridesmaid dress to Fast Service Alterations and she did a fantastic job. The dress fit perfectly and was hemmed just right. I also paid less than any of the other bridesmaids who had to get their dresses fitted. The lady who works there is also very sweet and friendly.
