I have been coming here for at least 5 years. Donna is a wonderful tailor and the price is right. Her husband repairs my shoes so well and quickly. If I work late Donna waits for me after 6 pm.Not only is the work excellent and so well crafted, these are some of the nicest merchants I know. I have sent my friends in to have repairs and everyone has thanked me !!

I went to Nike with a football cleat where the sole basically fell off after 4 uses. They said they couldn't repair it because of course I did not have my receipt. However, our friend at Faith Shoe Repair examined it and said he will. That was it; no long explanation just that he will fix it. I left it with him, picked it up on two days, and the cleat works like brand new! Being a woman, I have a natural fetish for good shoes. I have had two other pairs fixed by this gentleman and those shoes are still in tact years later. The owner of Faith Shoe Repair knows what he's doing, yo!!! He's skills are off the chain!

My SAS Leather shoes need repair. i was searching for repair shoes store. And i went faith alterations rock hill SC. I described what i need for this shoes. They told me it takes 3 days to repair my shoes. I picked up my shoes few mins ago. My shoes was very good conditions. Some reviews are they are bad at business. but it was not for me. So i am leaving good feed back & review here. Good place to repair shoes. Thanks.

I just took a pair of dance shoes (which are more expensive and go through a lot more active wear than normal shoes!) to simply have the heel tap reattached. The screw holes are stripped. He takes the shoes from my hand and disappears without saying a word, comes back and I see two CROOKED nails pounded into the tap UM HELLO!! That is not what I meant. You cannot have nails willy nilly pounded into tap shoes. I look at the shoes and say OH, and he says you act disappointed, you make me sad, no charge just go away. Wow, how do businesses like this stay open.

They said they were going to replace half soles and heels. They only did soles. I thought probably ok since heels were not that worn, but 2 weeks later the heels started coming off. Now they wanted to charge me for the heels. My advice, get it in writing, get a receipt, pay by credit card.

Hey, so if you’re thinking about using this place, don’t! They cut my friends $400 prom dress so short that it looked like a shirt, and then when she tried it on and realized they messed up, they wouldn’t give her a refund and wouldn’t let her leave without paying for it and yelled at her and made her cry. The man also got really mad and did this weird laugh scream thing and it scared us so much

I prepaid for my repairs but the guy didn't believe me even AFTER I gave him the ticket WITH my receipt attached. His wife sat in the back and didn't budge. I told him this ruined my confidence in how business USA transacted and IF I decided to return I would definitely make sure I continue holding on to my receipts.

Worst quality work than I could have imagined. No apologies about their poor workmanship. Told me that if I wanted that level of quality I should have sent it back to the manufacturer. Do not use them at all. It's as if they have no idea how to work on shoes. Cannot highly enough "not recommend".

I ordered my work suit at online. it came much larger size. So i went faith alterations rock hill sc location, And i left my work suit for alternation. I just picked up today. It was Perfect size for me. They done very Good job at my work suit. Thanks.. I will visit this place again with my cloth.
