I was told it wouldn't take long to take up my gown. I dropped it off and I attempted to call several times but did not get a response. I had to get off early from work to go to this place and I asked her if it was possible for me to pick up my gown today because I wouldn't be able to pick it up tomorrow. She didn't even start on my gown yet so I took it back. My event is Sunday and my gown is not altered. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I just wish someone would have picked up the phone at least once out of the five times I called so I would have had enough time go to someone else! I do not recommend this place.

Chong altered not 1, but 2 dresses for me. My wedding and reception dresses were PERFECT. She was very efficient and a pleasure to work with. She has a customer for life now. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

-1 star I came in to get an estimate on a bridesmaid dress that needed to be hem on the bottom and the side of the torso. The first thing that hit me was the sewer smell. Then the workers ask me what did I want and so I went on to explain.... the lady said she would have to hem it on both sides of the torso and I said I really the other place (that was charging $100) was only going to hem one side since it’s a one shoulder dress. That’s when the worker became irritated and said “well if you want me to do it like that I can do it like that but it’s going to be crooked and you should of asked her and not me”. Horrible Customer service.

They are so friendly and really make you feel comfortable and welcome. The work they did to my dress was amazing. I ordered my wedding dress online and it fit me everywhere but the front near my waist. Apparently, the fabric that was supposed to be on the back of the dress was put on the front. (Yes, there was space for a butt on the front of my dress). It actually made me look pregnant and I was really upset with it. I took it to Elite Alterations and they completely changed my dress. By the time they were done, it was a dress that was completely custom fit and looked so beautiful. It was totally worth the money I paid (which was not that much) and I loved my dress and felt beautiful on my wedding day. What they did for me was priceless and I will always be grateful! Do not consider going anywhere else.

I absolutely love this little place on Two Notch. The ladies working on alterations are the sweetest and most pleasant people. I had my wedding dress altered here. It went from a size 6 to a 0 and the main seamstress even dealt with the layers and shortening the straps and the hem. She had to hand sew my dress' lace and beading. She even kind of added some lace down the side of the dress to make it even more spectacular. She has a keen eye for wedding dress fashion. They also let me come try it on multiple times because I was stressing out over it and they finished it up earlier than expected. Absolutely adore Elite Alterations and highly recommend for your wedding dress.

Best alteration place I have ever been to. She helped me create the wedding dress of my dreams. She may not be the cheapest in town but the work she does is worth every penny. She added amazing lace and pearl work to a basic wedding dress I bought. She also stayed in touch and did numerous fittings to make sure the dress fit me like a glove! Attention to detail is an understatement. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an true alteration by a professional.

Great work. She was able to bring a pair of cheap pants I bought on clearance down about 3 sizes. Even after alterations, the total cost of the pants was well worth it, especially to have them fit like a glove. Will be coming back again.
