When we moved to the area a little over 2 years ago, I found this dry cleaners and they have had my business ever since. 98% of the time, it's Miss Pam at the front desk. She is the most amazing sweetheart ever. She takes care of business while giving my kiddos attention too. My clothes are always clean and I've never noticed any smell at all! I chose them for the green cleaning method (anything to be a little healthier!) and I haven't been disappointed. They're prices are very comparable to others in the area, but I honestly will ever go anywhere else. Oh, and if you are confined to your car (like if your infant falls asleep...), they will bring your items to the car for you. I love that!

i tried to go here for alterations. I got here and was told the alterations department was closed till Thursday but i could go to the Daniel island location she would be there between 11 and 1130. I arrived just before 1130 at the other location and the alterations person wouldn't be there for about another 30 mins. I decided to go elsewhere i didnt have time to waste anymore on hoping someone might show up. From what i was told the alterations person shows up whenever they want before noon and is only hear Thursday and Friday.

I had an all white military dress uniform with an ugly brown stain on the back. The manager took it to the back room and returned to minutes later with it looking perfect he also gave it to me for no charge!

i’ve never been treated so poorly by someone in the service department. the woman at the front desk was very kind and pointed me in the direction of the alterations room, where i kindly asked if the woman in charge could help me alter a dress where she proceeded to ignore me as if i wasn’t there, then yelled “what?” and “i’m not working” as well as asking me when i will need it by and when i said in 2 weeks she scoffed at me and turned around. will not be returning.

I came in with various shirts that needed buttons in various spots (don't ask). Also had 3 suit coats and a pair of pants to be cleaned. After being honest that one of the shirts was not worth fixing cost wise the clerk (owner/manager maybe?) offered to put the buttons on the other shirts free in an attempt to earn my future business. I will be going here for my future dry cleaning needs as I feel this was an excellent gesture.
